This 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo is only 1 block from the Hotel Del Coronado and stares at the water. It has all new furnishings selected by a designer. There is one personal covered parking spot below the unit & easy access in through the front stairs. It has new, wood floors through out. A King size bed is in the Master with all new beautiful linens and black out drapery through out the condo. (2) twin daybeds with trundle & additional spacious seating is in the water front, view room for relaxing. A balcony looks at the water where you can sit and read and a small back porch is ideal for morning coffee with a second exit. (2) new smart TV's are available after a long day at the beach. The laundry room is located below with 2 washer & 2 dryers so all laundry can be done at once & paid for on an easy APP. Ideal Coronado beach condo with wonderful views in the best location.
