Ocean Front 1 bd downstairs apt

This newly remodeled downstairs apt offers a spectacular view of the ocean from a large picture window. The kitchen has a full size stainless steel stove and refrigerator. There is a large counter that also offers seating. This space is great for making meals or simple snacks. The living room has a large comfy couch that is also a sofa sleeper. The bedroom has 2 twins size beds with pillow top mattresses for a good nights sleep. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom to help keep you cool. This apt is ideal for friends traveling together, a couple or even a single person.
We provide a starter kit of cleaning supplies such as hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. We do not supply disposable items beyond this. Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time including guests and visitors. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children age 2 or under. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book with us. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. We have a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure your group is comfortable with the above before proceeding. No pets please!

Amazing location

This was the perfect place for me to stay by myself. It really is just 2 twin beds, so make sure you take note of that. Bed was super comfy & you cannot beat the view 🌊 I would love to stay here again if I’m traveling solo or with one other person.

Excellent location, accommodating host!

This was a prime location in Mission Beach, right off the oceanfront walk, literally a few steps to the sand. Kim was very friendly and communicative when she and I interacted. She was also accommodating to my travel schedule which I really appreciated. The apartment was well stocked with bath towels, kitchen items, beach chairs. My only disappointment was a lack of beach towels, which I may have overlooked. The first night I was a bit concerned about noise levels but the subsequent nights were fine. This was an excellent find, at a reasonable price, especially considering my last minute travel plans/booking and the oceanfront location. Thank you Kim!!

Kim is a great host. Never felt like a stranger. The apartment was neat, clean and comfortable. The location is great. It's right on the boardwalk so if people watching is your thing, it's very entertaining. Loved it!

Nothing bad to say at all. Knowing nothing about the usual renter for this unit my only wish was that it had a full or larger bed but I knew going in that the beds were twin.

Excellent beach front vacation stay

The location was excellent. The property was very clean and convenient to restaurants. Laundromat was very close. Loved walking on the beach to get morning coffee. Sunsets were lovely.

The only thing this property is missing is some semi private outdoor space. View from picture window is blocked by stairs and the positioning of the tv.

Excellent location right on the beach

We loved staying here! Kim was very flexible with our late check in. The place is right on the boardwalk and was very comfortable. It is a little loud outside just because of the foot traffic on the boardwalk, but worth it to be so close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was cozy, comfortable, and very clean. In front of boardwalk was huge plus. Everything we needed was there, And perfect for 2 people. We will definitely rent again soon.

Great place, great location

This place was amazing. The apartment felt like home, not a rental. Kim was a great host, the place was well maintained and had everything we could have needed. Add in that it is facing the ocean, right off the sand and it seems almost too good to be true, but it is all that. We can't wait to come back and stay again.
