This property is a hidden gem and fantastic location! Only a short drive from all of the area’s best wineries and walkable to so many great restaurants, shopping and late night hang out spots. Host is amazing and we will definitely be booking this property again on our next trip!

Nice apartment close to all Traverse City has to offer.
We loved our time is this lovely downtown apartment. The location is great with easy access to restaurants, bars and coffee shops and Stuart is a dream to deal with. We highly recommend this spot and look forward to staying again.
A friend and I came into town for 3 nights stay. What a great location so close to everything you need! Very spacious and is a charming historical building. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will search this property out again in the future.
Great location - could walk to any restaurant we wanted to, as well as to the beach. Easy and free parking was included, so it was easy to get to Sleeping Bear or the nearby wineries, etc. Apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed!
We had a great weekend in TC with our 1 year old. Let's to do within walking distance from the property. I was glad that coffee was supplied for us and the king bed was super comfy.
Was in a great location. Walkable to most places or a short drive to others. Very clean. Very loud electronic music(to point of vibrating floor) from the exercise studio early in the morning and occasionally through the day was annoying.
Easy checking in quick response from host. There must be a workout studio on the first floor, the music was loud early on the week day that we stayed. Perfect for a weekend wedding in traverse city.
We spent a few days at this condo and it worked out great. Easy access, close to downtown, off street parking, and best of all a comfortable bed! We were able to walk to the Firefly Restaurant, and the Rare Bird, both had great food and drink. We walked downtown several days for shopping. The condo was nicely decorated with lots of room for us to stretch out. We would stay there again.
Visited traverse city for my husband’s birthday weekend. The location was perfect! There was a farmers market we walked to Saturday and enjoyed. My husband loved walking along the river. We parked our car with plenty of parking behind the building. The unit was very clean and the owner was very responsive to any of my questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!!!
Excellent location in downtown TC and the free parking was a plus. Some of the interior finishes and furniture were not up to par and some of the photos on the listing are outdated and not representative of the current state. Also, the unit is above a fitness studio which starts some classes at 6 AM (other days the classes start at around 8 AM). The head pounding music combined with the leader yelling out instructions was not pleasant.
Overall the stay was great. It was the only affordable property that was within walking distance of downtown. The apartment was clean and had the amenities that we needed. Our 2.5y/o loved it. The bathroom was recently updated and no longer has a tub.
We did have to buy a fan for the office because it did get stuffy and warm with the door closed.
The workout studio below did have classes in the early morning which could be heard clearly but we were okay with it since we wake up early anyway.
First of all, Stuart was great to work with! I needed to change the dates of our trip and he was very accommodating, which was a relief.
Having an assigned parking spot is a nice amenity. The lot is best suited for smaller SUVs, but it's nice to be able to walk to all the bars, restaurants, and shops in the area. We only needed our car for Sleeping Bear Dunes and a ride to Old Mission Point.
The apartment itself worked well for our trip. We stayed a whole week so I cooked a few easy meals at the apartment. The cooking equipment is basic but I made it work. The huge dining room table was perfect for a "working vacation" and setting up a laptop. Wifi was strong. There are large TVs in the living room and master bedroom.
Overall, this was a great location and it worked well for our needs.

Thank you. Glad you enjoyed your stay. I hope that you stay again next time you get to TC. We are replacing most/all the furniture this winter as we just did the TVs this summer. It will be a whole new place by then.

Perfect location, lacking some amenities
The positives: location, space, easy check in process. Late night food at the bar across the street. Walking distance from downtown shops and restaurants.
The negatives: The internet and TV connection stopped working on the night we arrived so Apple TV, streaming and any other television program was not available. I am not sure if the network was down in the area or if the host just needed to reset his routers through his mobile app but it never came back. I advised the host of the issue the next day, he responded but there was no attempt to resolve the issue. The inability to watch television or movies after a long day was a huge disappointment that caused us to go to bed alot earlier than we would have preferred. Thankful that my job didn't need me to log in to work remotely or I would have needed to find an internet cafe nearby
Overall, we made the best of our vacation and loved visiting Traverse City.
The location was great! Close to downtown and all Traverse City has to offer was just a short walk away. Plenty of space for our girls weekend. There was a few hiccups along the way but Stuart was just a quick call away. He was a gracious host and worked to resolve everything quickly.
We have a large family (6), finding places that are family friendly, affordable, in a good location is like winning the lottery!
This was our winning ticket!
The space was perfect
Safe parking, within 10 minutes to Tom’s grocery store (which has everything!), walking distance to great food, everything was in the kitchen we needed, plenty of pillows, blankets, the kids loved being in a historical building and in town. They thought it was the coolest.
The family is already asking if we are staying here again!
