You can always tell when someone is going to give you a miserable review. I knew that this was coming 39 minutes after you checked in. Your tone and disposition throughout the stay indicated an unhappy or miserable person. Sorry that you view life this way. This was my fourth summer renting the apartment out. I'll stand by the other reviews I received. My service isn't perfect but I try hard to make sure each guest has a great stay here in Traverse CIty. I've never seen a review like yours. No interaction with you the entire weekend was pleasant. You were critical from the get go. Yes, the internet network name that I gave you was incorrect. It happened because we just updated the network to fiber. No one staying in the building before, during (yes, there was another guest in the building using the same internet), or after you complained about getting on the internet. Nor has anyone ever had problems with the tv -- including hooking up their own Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, or other streaming service to the tv. The tv is a Roku -- connecting to these services is what the tv is for. You complained about the cleaning fee. Most guests are happy to help make the place presentable when they leave. You went out of your way to do the opposite. Strange. There were signs with the address posted in the parking lot. Not sure why I need to have the property address on the back of the building. None of the other properties on the entire street have an address on the building's back side. Not even sure that it is allowed as the back of the property fronts a different street. You are correct that these is no elevator. None was ever mnetioned in the ad. It is a two-story historic building. Not sure where or why I would add one on. And the fact that 24" of a 96" couch extends into a small alcove in the living room? I'm not sure what the complaint is here. You complained about a blown light. At 9:47 pm. I responded first thing the following morning and let you know that I would try to get an electrician out to replace the fixture (as I tested the bulb). My electrician was unable to fix the problem on a Friday -- short staffed. So you complained again the next night. Problem has been solved. It was not ignored. Your texts repeated commented how you were waiting for my responses to fix things before you posted your review. Seemed like a consistent threat. "It's me, Tina. I'm important. Do what I say or I'll trash you in my review." Good job, Tina. Perhaps VRBO isn't for you. Next time try a motel where you can yell at the front desk staff. Might get better service. Stuart
