Charming, very clean, sunny Cape Cod house on one of the most desirable streets in Ventnor. The house has a renovated kitchen, three bedrooms, 2 full renovated baths, very pretty large landscaped backyard with a privacy fence, and off street parking. There are two bedrooms (with a queen size bed in each bedroom) on the first floor. There is one full bath on the first floor. If you don't like stairs, live on the first floor! There is one bedroom (with two full size beds) on the second floor. There is one full bath on the second floor. The house has new Mitsubishi Mini Split air conditioning, a new washer/dryer, new kitchen appliances, two 32" flat screen TVs, cable/wifi, and is fully furnished. It's four houses from the bay and a short 3 block walk to Ventnor's beautiful beach and residential boardwalk. The house is one block to Walgreens, and a short walk to the Ventnor Farmers Market, Velo Cafe, Sapore, Agnes' Cafe, Ventnor Social, Sundaze Ice Cream Shop, Cafe 7311, Two Sisters Vietnamese Cafe, Kismet Bagels, and many more stores and restaurants! The house is close to Margate! Would consider small non-shedding dog. Perfect for a couple or a small family!

Family review

The property was very clean and a great location. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable (and one was stated it was a full bed when in actuality it was a hard and lumpy futon mattress), no linens were provided, and we had to supply several small items that have normally been provided in other rental properties. none of this was disclosed on the vrbo property description before paying for the property. After I paid for the property reservation online, I was sent a super long list of personal host rules and what the host was not going to provide. This should have been disclosed prior to renting. It would have also been nice to have welcome snacks and recommendations on nearby restaurants and activities.

Wonderful Ventnor beach cottage!

My family spent Labor Day weekend at Sally's house. Very clean house, and great that we could bring our labradoodle, Archer. He loved playing Frisbee and ball at Longport Dog Beach.

Short family getaway

The house was quaint and perfect for the three of us. Not a high end location, but that was not necessary for us.The kitchen as nice and fully accessorized. Two bathrooms were very convenient for me and my two teen kids. The check in process and instructions were very helpful and convenient. Short walk/bike ride to the beach, and several cafes, a drug store and beach shop are all two blocks away. Other great locations to eat are a short bike ride or drive away. For the price, this is a great place to rent. Thank you.

Charming house

This home is adorable and we had a wonderful vacation. Everything was clean and the bathrooms are nicely updated. Everything worked perfectly. Communication with Sally was excellent. She always answered our questions promptly. Bedrooms are spacious with lots of storage - more storage space that we needed! The kitchen has everything you need to stay in & cook for breakfast/dinner and is well stocked with dry goods like paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc.

A lovely quiet haven at the shore

We had a delightful time at Sally's Ventnor house. It was exactly as described - cute and clean - which I love. The kitchen was very well equipped, which I also love. We were close enough to walk to the boardwalk, beach, shops and restaurants in town but away from the noise, traffic, hustle and bustle. The neighborhood was lovely. Sally was super responsive in responding to our questions along the way. We would most definitely stay again when we come back this way.
