Newly renovated 3BR/2BA condo in Seascape

This beautiful, spacious 3BR condo in the coveted Lakefront area of Seascape (the section closest to the beach access) is available for the first time to vacationers. The open floor plan and newly expanded kitchen will make your vacation as relaxing and worry-free as you deserve. This end-unit condo has no one above or below you so it is quiet, and as an end unit there are extra windows so the condo is light and airy.

The large daylight kitchen is fully equipped and features all new stainless appliances and granite countertops. It opens to the dining and living area with an expansive breakfast bar. The living room leads out to a screened in porch with a dining table and a walk-out to a freshwater fishing lake. Enjoy watching the golfers play into the water-protected 14th green while having your morning coffee (or afternoon adult beverage). Or feed the ducks who come around to greet guests.

The MBR is located on the second floor, with king bed, en suite full bath (double sink vanity) and its own screened in deck overlooking the lake and golf course. A guest BR with twin beds is also on this floor, with access to the MBR. On the first floor is an additional guest Queen BR with attached bath . All beds have premium bedding and linens. New flat screen HDTV's are in all bedrooms and the living room.

The beach access is about 150 yards from your front door and one of Seascape's five available pools is 35 yards away. Seascape's 2000' dedicated beach was selected by Conde' Nast magazine as the best beach in Florida, with wide expanses of powder white sand, great beach amenities, and with the only structure allowed on the beachfront being the Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Restaurant, a local icon.

This condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. During the summer season (Memorial Day weekend 'til mid-August) this condo is ONLY available on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Call Steve at 205.222.5757 for available discounts.

We had a very nice stay at the condo for spring break. Great location to the beach and boys loved fishing in the pond and chipping to the green by the condo. My only complaint would be to have been more clear that no beach towels were available. Beach towels and a few more things like dishwasher and laundry pods would have made the stay excellent.

Perfect spring break!

Perfect spring break getaway! Condo was clean, communication was easy, beds were comfortable, tons of space for us and just a quick walk to the beach and Whales Tail (get the smoked tuna dip!). We had two kids (6 years old) with us who loved having their own space in the third room and the adults appreciated the extra space too :-) We especially loved being to walk directly out the back porch and enjoy the grassy area where we quickly became friends with the ducks and turtles swimming nearby. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to have an at-home seafood boil on our last night. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place and will definitely be back!
