Elegantly furnished, relax in this spacious condo that is perfect for a family of up to 8 or a couple's retreat. Enjoy the well-stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, tile floors, and inviting décor. We have the best beaches in the world - and provide an umbrella and two beach chairs to enjoy it! Take the short walk to the 2200 foot Seascape private beach, or enjoy tennis, a wonderful golf course right out your front door, or take a dip in Seascape resort’s many pools, including the two spectacular pools exclusive to Ariel Dunes 1. This condo is in an AMAZING location, just over a mile to the world-class Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, and just a couple of miles more to either stunning Grand Boulevard, Villages of Baytowne Wharf, or the many attractions of Destin. We offer a large Master BR with a King-sized bed, a spacious guest BR with Queen-sized bed, and a two-bed bunk room for the kids. We have the best sleeper sofa available anywhere, with a super-comfortable Queen-sized mattress - you have to sleep on it to believe it! We’re excited about making your beach vacation a joyful experience! Book today!

We fell in love with every part of Ariel Dunes I #1402 in Seascape Resort from the start. It suits our vacation desires - spacious accommodations for all, fantastic views and beach access, but the kicker for us was the proximity to the very beautifully sculpted shopping areas and Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, Grand Blvd, Destin Commons, and Baytowne Wharf. The restaurants around us are fantastic, with everything from quick and delicious food to some of the finest dining in the world. And then - the beach!!! Rick has travelled the world - there is no question Destin/Miramar Beach has THE best beaches you will ever find!

Miramar Beach is the best of all worlds for vacationing on the Emerald Coast! We're right in the heart of it all - the greatest beaches in the world just a quick walk away - Silver Sands Outlet Mall just a mile and half from here - great dining from casual to exquisite.
