OUR GARDEN LEVEL SUITE IS SPACIOUS, CLEAN AND PRIVATE. IT FEATURES A NICE BREEZY OPEN FLOOR PLAN. THERE ARE 4 BEDS IN TOTAL, 1 QUEEN AND 3 DOUBLES. THE LIVING ROOM AREA HAS A SOFA WITH 2 COMFORTABLE CHAIRS AND A COFFEE TABLE. THERE IS A LARGE KITCHEN FULLY EQUIPPED WITH A FULL SIZED FRIDGE, GAS STOVE AND A REFRIDGERATED WATER COOLER. ALSO, A KITCHEN BAR THAT OPENS TO THE OUTSIDE COVERED PATIO AREA WHERE YOU WILL FIND LOUNGE CHAIRS AND A TABLE SET. THERE ARE LOTS OF CEILING FANS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE INSIDE AND OUT. WE ALSO HAVE A/C UNITS IN BOTH BEDROOMS. THE HOUSE HAS FILTERED PRESSURIZED WATER SO YOU CAN ENJOY A STRONG SHOWER IN THE SPACIOUS BATHROOM. THERE IS A HAMMOCK CABINA IN THE YARD WHERE YOU CAN READ, NAP AND RELAX. THERE IS ALSO A PRIVATE OUT DOOR SHOWER BESIDE THE HAMMOCK AREA.THE HOUSE IS VERY PRIVATE, SO THE YARD IS YOURS TO ENJOY. Perfect place to stay in Saladita

We loved staying at Casa Cool. It’s super quiet and super close to the point for surfing as well as everything else. Everything in the property was perfect. Can’t wait to come back again!

Myself and 3 other friends visited Saladita for a week for some waves. We were very happy with what Casa de la Cool provided. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable and the cooking area sufficient. Will definitely stay here again!

Great house and great location in La Saladita

Great time in La Saladita. Host is friendly and very accommodating .. Very nice lay out and comfortable stay. Location is just far enough away from the noise of the night life yet very close to everything. Looking forward to coming back.

Great surf house

Stayed with some friends to surf La Saladita. Had everything we needed when we weren’t surfing. The owner is super friendly and responsive. The house is clean and safe and easy walk to the break and restaurants. Would stay again!

First time to Playa Saladita

Property was as advertised. We came to surf and our needs were simple. Close to surf, check. Comfortable beds with A/C, check. Room to lounge between surf sessions, check. It is a nice little oasis with beautiful landscaping within the compound and a short walk to the beach. Trish was super responsive before check in and made some recommendations for local amenities. We would go back again and hope to next year.

Spring Break in La Saladita

The house was as advertised. Big, clean and safe house. Large metal gate to get access to the property. Plenty of room for a family of 4. We especially liked the backyard garden with outdoor shower. 1 block off the beach allows you peace and quiet. The town has plenty of restaurants to keep you entertained for a while. Our two favorites were Marketa which acts like a community hub and then a Hamburger spot up the hill that is also open for Smoothy bowls in the morning.

Perfect family retreat

Just got back from and awesome trip to La Saladita. We loved our stay in Trish and Corey's home-comfortable beds, lovely yard, great kitchen and a 1-2 minute walk to a long lovely left surf break. We were able to park our car inside their gated yard -felt very secure! It was a bonus to get to meet both Trish and Corey-both are easy going and responsible home owners. Any question we had they readily helped us. So hope we can go back sometime! If you're lucky Chulita their new tiny puppy will still be there!

Super cute property, 5 min walk to surf

Our family of 3 (myself, husband, 8-year-old son) stayed at Casa Cool over Christmas week and loved the house and the location. The back courtyard area was so nice to hang out, and we used the outdoor shower almost every day when we got back from surfing. The hot water was out for the first half of our stay, but property manager was communicative about it, and it wasn't a huge deal. The listing says that it's a 2 minute walk to Saladita point, but it's more like 5-7 mins. Last thing, there are plenty of dishes and cooking items in kitchen but no supplies at all in terms of coffee, paper towels, sugar, etc. so be sure to pick some up! Enjoy your stay! We'll be back.

Sweet Saladita Spot

Super well situated- Trish and Cory were extremely helpful and responsive for any and all requests- whether travel related or for amenities. And both were at the house at the time- in the unit above. We had a big group that spilled over to another next house, so if you are keen to be doing a lot of cooking like we were - it wasn't super stocked for several people. But it is just a 4 minute walk down to the beach on a freshly cut path. It is on a quiet street and in a well landscaped compound and feels very safe. It's for sale, so if you are headed here to visit, you could also buy it :)

Beautiful home a short walk to miles and miles of beach . This house is a big two bedroom with plenty of beds and living space for a group or a big family. It’s quiet and peaceful with a lovely garden area .The owner Trish is amazingly helpful ! I would stay again in a heartbeat!!!

I really enjoy hosting people at Casa Cool, because it’s so different from the work I do at home and I love to meet people from all over the world. It keeps life interesting and opens doors to other experiences.

Why they chose this property

After first traveling to Saladita in 1999 and many times over the years we decided to build this house in 2016-17. We love our location here because we can walk to the beach. We are approximately a 2 minute walk to the left hand point break of la saladita.

What makes this property unique

Our property is private and gated. You don’t have to share any spaces with other guests because there’s just you! And your friends or family. We are child and pet friendly!
