Casa Habanero - Ocean View, whole house by Troncones Point

Just across the street from the beach, Casa Habanero is your private residence, surrounded by beautiful ocean and mountain views.

The best place to hang out is by the covered pool or on the front porch staring at the ocean. Chairs surround the pool to relax. We also have three hammocks. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after surfing or hanging at the beach.

If you want to get out, head down to the beautiful beach. We have tidepools right in front. No one is ever hardly there so it feels like your private beach. Surfing is about a 5 minute walk.

At night relax as a family while cooking dinner. We have a picnic table outside by the pool to enjoy your meals outside. All the bedrooms have AC. A couple nice restaurants are right around the corner for house and it's only a quick drive or about 20 minute walk into town.

We also have a pack n' play, crib, high chair and pool items for children. Infants/Toddlers are not included in the 6 guests. We have an air mattress for up to two children as well, also not included in the 6 guests.

House Rules:
No smoking in house.

If items are broken/damaged during stay, property owners have 48 hours to advise on additional fees due to damage

Children are not allowed in pool unsupervised (due to no fence).

Washer & Dryer are not for guest use. They are for maid use only. If you would like access to them, please note an extra $75 USD will be required for every one week of stay.

We do have a gardener who works from 8AM - 1PM Monday - Saturday. During those hours guests may not ask for personal requests (IE: errands, etc...). If you would like him to do these items, please discuss with him directly for rates, etc... as he can perform these during non-working hours.

We do have a maid/housekeeper who is available to cook meals. Please discuss with her directly for rates, etc...

Your cleaning fee covers the house being cleaned after every three days of stay along with upon checkout. If you require more, an additional $50 USD will be added per a clean.
