This house has a private garden of about 400m2; barbecue; table and outdoor chairs where you can enjoy full privacy.
The villa is located in front of a farm which also has four apartments inside, completely renovated. If you choose this house you can enjoy all the existing facilities on farm: pool, tennis court, gardens, ...

It is the ideal place to enjoy a family holiday.
Located in a quiet area where you can relax during your vacation!
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with two single beds.
On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with double bed and bathroom (access to the first floor is by external stairs). For 6 people.
You can also take advantage to establish a walking and a cycling time. The nearest beach is 15km (25min).
This villa is located in Grimancelos (Barcelos) and is about:

Nice authentic place with large garden and good swimmingpool

We enjoyed our time here. The house is authentic and beautiful located with a large garden. The pool was also nice. The host is very friendly and helpful. The house is great for a family, and conveniently located for various day trips.

Nice Family Holiday

We had some really nice and relaxing days in this cozy appartment house. The host is really friendly and invited us to use the garden with fantastic fruit trees and the really big and clean garden pool. We used also a shady garden terrace and the grill.For sure we want to come back some day!

We loved it here. It’s got the old world Portugal flavour out the wazoo! The pool on a hot summer day of wine touring… you can’t beat it, and there is no shortage of delightful shady vignette spots to settle yourself into for a glass! The host made reservations for us at restaurants and vineyards he recommended - that’s service above and beyond all expectation! Great base for touring Barcelos, Braga and Porto. Highly recommended if relaxing country living is your jam.

L’extérieur de la maison et la grand parc voisin auquel on avait accès étaient très agréables, les chambres et la literie très bien . Pour toutes questions de notre part, les réponses était rapides. Petite maison à la campagne, très calme, rustique et pleine de charme. Cette demeure a du cachet et se trouve dans un magnifique domaine avec piscine et arbres fruitiers. Elle est tres bien équipée et se situe à une distance raisonnable de Porto, environ 30 minutes en voiture. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Petite maison typique dans une très belle propriété

Petite maison un peu rustique qui ne manque pas de charme. Toutefois, quelques aménagements devraient la rendre plus confortable. La priorité doit etre donnée au remplacement de la literie : lits trop petits et matelas durs. Quelques bains de soleil pourraient aussi etre ajoutes pour profiter du jardin tres bien entretenu.

Gite quinta dos poços

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité, la gentilllesse, la réactivité et les infos données par Daniel, la personne qui nous a accueuillis. Le site est superbe. Dommage que l'agriculteur voisin fauche très tard le soir. À part ça, le site est très calme et reposant. Le gite est propre dans l'ensemble, mise à part quelques détails qui n'enlèvent rien au charme et au plaisir de séjourner dans cette belle bâtisse : tiroirs de la commode de la chambre pas propres, robinets non mitigeurs pas très pratiques, parois des douches cassées, une gamelle sale, pas de couteaux qui coupent (et pas de presse agrumes...cf plus bas....!) Petit plus : possibilité de parcourir la belle propriété pour ramasser des citrons et oranges dans les arbres pour se faire de très bons petits déjeuners !... Tres bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Nous conseillons fortement ce bel endroit.

Un gîte agréable dans un coin tranquille

Très bon séjour dans ce gîte rustique avec beaucoup de charme. Notre hôte Daniel fut très agréable et aidant. Le grand plus, le site et sa grande piscine. Très belle région pour visiter.

Le responsable de l'accueil est dans un bâtiment voisin sur le même terrain. Attentif à nos besoins. Beau petit village pour un séjour dans le calme près de Porto et Braga. Citron à porté de main pour une bonne limonade maison ;-)

authentique, propre et reposant

Grande propriété calme très bien entretenue, très fleurie et joliment arborée pour mettre en valeur les pierres. Toutes les commodités pour passer un excellent séjour : piscine, terrain de tennis et table de ping-pong, machine à laver et cerise sur le gâteau : ramasser ses propres oranges pour le petit déjeuner. L'appartement est magnifique d'authenticité et grand mais un peu froid pour la période avant le printemps. Les propriétaires sont adorables et arrangeants. A refaire mais à partir de mai. Ne passer pas à côté, arrêtez-vous !

Precioso alojamiento

Estuvimos una semana en la casita con jardín privado. Un sitio precioso (aunque el interior resultaba un poco oscuro y tenía pocos puntos de iluminación y enchufes). La cocina muy pequeña, con lo necesario, pero en la compra hay que incluir sal, vinagre... esas cosas que sabes que no va a dar tiempo a consumir por completo.. La piscina, el jardín, la pista de tenis (nos dejaron las raquetas y las pelotas) y la mesa de ping pong unos extras que agradecimos mucho. La atención de Daniel perfecta.

Simple et agréable

Maison simple typique belles pierres, 3 chambres, une salle de douche une salle de bain, petite cuisine, beau jardin, piscine agréable terrain de tennis. Propre. Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec petit déjeuner et dîner sous l'abri de jardin.

Fuimos con mucha ilusión, en las fotos el alojamiento nos pareció ideal. Al llegar la primera decepción, el alojamiento para 6 personas, escaso. Las habitaciones eran tres, si, pero las camas con un tablón de fórmica como somier, los colchones imposibles....... la cocina era minúscula, imposible cocinar para 6, gracias que el tiempo acompañó y pudimos comer en el jardín sino sería imposible!!!!!!. Nos dejaron para tender la ropa un tendidillo todo roto y oxidado!!!!!!, la barbacoa la encontramos sucia sin limpiar, el mini horno tb sin limpiar!!!!!!, sensación al abrir la puerta de “cerrado”, apenas sin ventilar”. El calentador viejísimo, lleno de telarañas....., en fin....., la lavadora quedaba atravesando una carretera que separaba nuestro alojamiento del resto de las instalaciones!!!!!muchas moscas en la piscina....... no volveremos más ni tampoco lo recomendaremos!!!!!. Fuimos 8 días, pero al tercero ya estuvimos a punto de marcharnos..... en fin ..... gracias que poco paramos , era decepcionante volver a nuestra maravillosa casita de vacaciones. IMPORTANTE: muy difícil de. One tarde con la wifi que tenían estaba en las instalaciones anexas y apenas llegaba a donde estábamos alojados.......
