This rental is great! So clean and chic and a great location to spend time in Augusta or North Augusta! We will definitely be renting here again. Very quiet neighborhood.

Our stay was wonderful! The home was exactly as pictured - so clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated! The host was kind and responsive. Everything we needed was easily accessible. There is access to the canal from the backyard, it is a short walk along a primitive path for a beautiful, serene nature view - absolutely gorgeous in the morning. We had a quick overnight trip, and I wished we could have stayed longer to really enjoy it.

Jeff, the Host was extremely aggressive and had no people's skills. The house is very close to the houses on either side, providing no privacy. Ceiling fans were covered with dust. Outside garbage can was completely full.Freezer was filthy and the kitchen had close to nothing.Walls were half way painted.First bad experience using VRBO.

The house was really well decorated and spacious. The kids loved the backyard! The host communicated a lot and the tone felt a little passive aggressive andI worried about the stay until I arrived and everything was great. I would stay again!
