Charming, cozy, tranquil 1st floor condo - 5 minutes to Perkins Cove

This studio condo is minutes from Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. It has been completely renovated in 2018 with chic, modern appeal. The condo has excellent storage space with 2 closets, white shaker kitchen cabinets with granite countertops, luxury vinyl wood flooring, tiled bathroom with tub and shower, new stainless steel refrigerator and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are 2 induction heating units for cooking along with a full set of pots and pans. There is also a gas grill on the property for grilling. There is a brand new queen sized murphy bed as well as a couch that converts a comfortable full size bed and a chaise lounge that sleeps one person very comfortably. There are two rocking chairs and a table that opens up for four people to fit easily. Enjoy free wifi and cable tv with a 55 inch curved tv. Feel the luxury of being close to the shops and restaurants of Perkins Cove while enjoying the peacefulness and respite of being less than 5 minutes away. The condo is located in a private area away from traffic. No smoking; no pets; one parking space authorized.

Directions traveling South:

I-95 South. Take Exit 19 (Wells/Sanford). Turn left at light onto Sanford Rd (ME-109). Turn right onto Chapel Rd. Turn right onto Post Road (Route 1 South). Continue Route 1 South for approximately 5 miles. When you enter Ogunquit Center, turn left onto Shore Road. Follow Shore Road until you see a large parking lot on your right. Bear right after the parking lot (still Shore Road). About ¼ mile on right is the Hillcrest Inn Resort at 512 Shore Road. Turn right on Pine Hill South and travel approximately 100 yards. Turn right into Northern Lites Condo Association parking area.

Directions traveling North:

I-95 North. Take Exit 7 (York/Ogunquit). Take left onto Blue Star Memorial Highway (Route 1 North). Continue Route 1 North for approx. 4.5 miles. Turn right onto Pine Hill Road. Follow Pine Hill Road for about 2.1 miles. Turn right onto Pine Hill South. Travel .2 mile and turn left into Northern Lites Condo Association parking area.

This VRBO was the perfect location for guests of a wedding at Cliff House - just minutes away from the celebration, and convenient to all other spectacular sites/venues Cape Neddick has to offer.

My husband and I were in Ogunquit for my birthday week and had an enjoyable time. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Location was amazing….short walk to Perkins Cove. Weather was beautiful….had a great week!

Check in was straightforward and clear. Parking for one vehicle was included. Location is a 10 min walk to Perkins Cove shops and restaurants, 15 min walk to the south end of the Marginal Way path along the coast that leads to the center of Ogunquit where there are more shops and restaurants.The lodging is comfortable with a single main room (living room, tv room, bedroom), bathroom, and small galley kitchen - worked well for two adults for a weekend.

Great Stay!

Alice is an awesome host and was very responsive. The apartment is sweet and exactly what we expected. It’s easy walking distance to Perkins Cove and the very cute Main Street area. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Cute and affordable

Cute place, clean and quiet. Close to great places. A few things were broken such as the mirror on the closet, the closet door and the Keurig. We are coffee drinkers so this was a bummer.

This place is perfect for a couple. It is small but clean. There is no stove, but we didn't need one for this trip. We will definitely keep this place in mind. Alice was very responsive and pleasant.

Short walk to coastal paradise!

The unit is clean and has many kitchen supplies. If you are a tea drinker you’ll need to know how to use an induction cooktop in order to boil your water. It was a quiet, relaxing place for our vacation.

Ogunquit Hideaway

The property was very clean and host anticipated virtually any guest needs, particularly in the kitchen. Location was quiet and very convenient, within walking distance to the beach, center of town, and numerous restaurants. Maximum use of limited space and contemporary style and decor.

Early Spring R&R

The property was very clean with nice updates throughout. It is walking distance to the footbridge and very close to Perkins Cove and downtown. My friend and I were there for some last minute R&R and Alice was very easy to work with and accommodating.

The Condo is in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. It is minutes from Perkins Cove and is easily accessible to the restaurants and shops. I love the Marginal Way. Walking along the pathway refreshes my soul and brings me joy.

What makes this property unique

I love the view of the rocks and trees outside the condo. It feels spacious and is so functional. I love the decorative bead board all around the perimeter of the walls. It is tastefully decorated and you feel the coastal theme as soon as you enter. The shaker white cabinets with the dark granite give the condo and the grey weathered flooring give it a modern vibe.
