Located on Ali'i Drive our TRUE OCEANFRONT Condominium looks out to Kailua Bay and beyond. Whale watch from the private lanai during the day and enjoy the spectacular sunsets at night. Slab granite counter-top in kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Tile floors throughout living area with 65" TV w/ upgraded cable package. Master bedroom has an oceanview and the soothing sound of the surf as well as a 32" TV. This beautiful condo is also kid friendly with such Amenities as crib/playpen, booster seat, movies, games, beach toys, and boogie boards. So take in the view on the lanai, watch the big game, relax by the oceanfront pool/spa, and enjoy the Big Island.

The Sea Village complex is well maintained with relaxing oceanfront pool and spa, large courtyard with 4 gas grills and picnic tables, and free parking. Also, onsite is a cafe to get your morning gourmet coffee and breakfast sandwiches.

Downtown Kailua-Kona is less than a mile away where all the shops, restaurants, nightlife, and farmers markets are located and a 5 minute drive to the amazing snorkel beach. Take a day/night trip to the famous Volcano National Park and lava which is 99 miles away.

We loved the location of this place. So easy to navigate and close to lots of amazing places. It had everything we needed. No need to pack much to vacation here. We loved whale watching from the lanai. The dolphins were a bonus.We love to golf and we were minutes from the Kona Country Club. And Green Flash Coffee was a big bonus. The sunsets were amazing and the most beautiful rainbow. Perfect vacation place.

Great place to stay. Had tons of beach supplies and everything you could need to have a good time without the hassle of renting or buying your own. Kitchen was also stocked with everything you need. The view is incredible, on the sunset side of the island so you get to watch the sunset over the ocean every night.

Beautiful. wonderfully quiet place to stay with ocean front balcony. We loved the poolarea and made use of the gorgeous Weber grills available in the center of the resort. We LOVED the air conditioning to be able to sleep at night. It was everything we could have asked for. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

The view from this place is incredible. True oceanfront and beautiful sunset views. The a/c was great and the unit was stocked with everything we needed. The beach toys and chairs were particularly helpful as we ventured out for the day. We would definitely stay again!

Second floor condo, great area. Good host communication. Unfortunately the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. Hot tub was tiny, always packed and closed at 9. :/

This property has everything you can think of for a beach vacation. Also has amazing views of the ocean and Sunset. Conveniently located down the street from all of the Kailua-Kona restaurants and shops.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Great condo with a view to die for. Every day started and finished with time on the lanai enjoying it. Well stocked kitchen and laundry facility is a bonus. There is everything you need for the beach with towels, chairs, body board, etc. The closest beach with lifeguard is Magic Sands 2 miles away. Property is finished to a high standard. Very responsive host.

Amazing views and quiet condo

The views are worth the stay in its self! The condo is in a great location within 10 minutes of anything in Kona. Condo itself is very clean and quiet. The owners provide everything you need for your stay. I would recommend staying here again.

Very Nice

The condo was nice and clean. It was nice to wake up in the morning, sit outside with a coffee and watch the dolphins and cruise ships. The living room sectional was comfortable for 4 adults to watch tv. It’s a minutes drive from the Kona restaurants.

This is probably one of the best stocked places we've ever stayed in. Plenty of towels, paper products, kitchenware, etc. The view was amazing, we enjoyed waking up to it every morning. Would recommend staying here.

Great Stay

This condo is a true gem of a place to stay. The breath taking views of the water that can be enjoyed on the lani or while preparing your meals from an open concept kitchen. The condo is very well equipped from beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers. So nicely located and is only a short walk to the pool. Will be back for sure
