This new house, chalet style, located in the 44 hectares of area in the heart of Cap Ferret, 200m and 800m of the basin from the ocean.
It sleeps 6 people, very comfortable, summer and winter with its fully equipped kitchen, a wood burning stove. It consists of a living room, 3 bedrooms (2 with 140 beds, one with shower and sink, and a children's room with a bunk bed and an extra mattress), 1 bathroom with WC, WC. Enclosed garden for your pets.

Maison idéalement placée aux 44 hectares. Beaucoup de jeux pour enfants et grands, rénovation de qualité. Mieux qu’en photos! A recommander si vous souhaitez déconnecter.

Très bel emplacement

Jolie maison, agréable, conforme à la description. le plus: très bon emplacement. le moins: la terrasse mériterait un peu d'aménagement et d'élaguage. Le salon de jardin permet d'asseoir 4-5 personnes, les chaises longues ne sont pas utilisables. Peu d'espace autour de la table à manger extérieure, un peu difficile d'accès.
