50 meters from the main beach of Cap Ferret (supervised beach on the Horizon), pleasant and comfortable ground floor apartment with its large wooden terrace of 100m², not overlooked, fully renovated and very functional. Decorated in the "Ferret" spirit, it is perfectly equipped for 6/8 people. The apartment includes a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 water points (including a bathroom). The large bay windows are completely erased to create a real continuity between the interior and the exterior. The terrace includes an outdoor kitchen cabin-bar with stools and plancha and becomes the ideal place for aperitifs with family or friends. Part of the terrace is sheltered and allows you to take your meal outside even when it rains.
The opportunity also to discover the joys of water sports with the Alex Surf School located in front of the apartment.

Great location, very close to the beach and a short walk to the market. Really nice apartment, very well equipped. Fantastic outdoor space. The owners were lovely to deal with and very helpful. We will be back.

A wonderful place

A wonderful place. Enough space inside and on the deck for all, we were 4 adults. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished. It could not be better. A walk to the beach in 3 minutes in Cap Ferret!

Great location and lovely outside space

Nice place for a family. But good for 2 adults like us who like a lot of space. Good kitchen facilities and dining area. We were concerned about lack of windows in the bedrooms for fresh air at night but it is ok and safe to leave the patio doors open at night for air flow. We were lucky to get parking outside but suspect it would be more difficult in the height of summer. Isabelle the owner was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

Wunderbarer Urlaub mit der Familie am herrlichen Strand von Cap Ferret in wunderbarer Atmosphäre.

Wir haben wunderschöne Ferien im Anwesen von Isabelle und Bruno verbracht. Der Aussenbereich lädt zum ständigen Verweilen ein. Isabelle hat uns herzlich empfangen und war stets ansprechbar. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Au pied des Dunes

Joli appartement, avec des pièces à vivre cuisine, salon, terrasse, très agréables. La proximité de l'Océan est le gros plus du logement, surtout en saison. Ecole de surf, chez Alex, vraiment sympa juste en face. Merci à Isabelle qui a été très réactive au besoin. G. S. Et famille, de Genève.

Séjour hors saison parfait !

Très joli appartement fonctionnel et très bien décoré. Accueil chaleureux d’Isabelle. Situation idéale à deux pas de la plage de l’horizon et des commerces. Nous avons tout fait à pied et en vélo. Séjour très réussi ! Merci pour tout !

Great place, great location

If you are looking for a place close to the main beach (plage de l’horizon) you can hardly get any closer. Very well equipped and tastefully designed apartment. Great for families with kids who want to learn surfing. Isabelle was very attentive and made our stay very enjoyable.

Séjour idéal entre océan et Bassin

Le logement récemment aménagé, très plaisant à vivre, est agencé avec goût. Sa grande terrasse et son emplacement à proximité de l'océan sont des atouts majeurs. De plus, le suivi des propriétaires est efficace, sympathique et très réactif. La pointe du Cap Ferret (en Février) est un lieu plein de charme et de quiétude. En quelques mots : on y a été très heureux.

Agréable séjour au Cap Ferret

Logement très bien équipé et très bien aménagé, où l’on se sent bien. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillies et nous ont conseillées sur les choses à voir pendant notre séjour. L’appartement est situé à proximité de l’océan et à une courte distance de la piste cyclable, très pratique pour aller visiter les villages plus hauts. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au « ferret » ! ;-)

Super break

Cet appartement atypique est très bien conçu. Il a été rénové avec des matériaux de qualité. Nous n'étions que 4 alors qu'il y a 8 couchages donc nous étions au large. Mais il est très confortable pour 2 couples et 4 enfants (chambre dortoir 4 couchages). L'appartement est très bien équipé côté séjour & cuisine, invitant à la convivialité. Côté rangement, cela a été bien pensé et malgré une surface pas immense, il y a 2 salles de bains & 2 wc, ce qui est un vrai luxe. La précocité de la saison (1ère semaine de mars) et l'exposition de la terrasse ne nous ont pas permis d'en profiter mais c'était sympa d'avoir ce joli espace derrière les baies vitrées et on peut facilement s'y projeter aux beaux jours. Plus emplacement idéal côté plage de l'Océan et il est aisé & agréable d'aller faire ses courses à pied ou en vélo.

Des vacances fantastiques

Nous avons passé 14 jours merveilleux dans l'appartement d'Isabelle. C'est dans un excellent emplacement (nous pourrions aller à la plage en bikini), est joliment meublé et a un grand espace extérieur avec beaucoup de chaises longues et un bar extérieur. Même s'il s'agit d'un appartement, la terrasse vous donne l'impression d'être dans une maison. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison. L'hébergement est parfait pour les familles avec enfants. La communication avec Isabelle a été excellente et toujours simple. Nous reviendrons à tout moment!

Familien-Sommerurlaub

Geräumige, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, wohnlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ideal auch für Familien mit Kindern, es gibt zwei Badezimmer und insgesamt 3 Schlafräume nach hinten, so dass es dort auch bei hohen Temperaturen etwas kühler ist. Große Terasse, die sowohl Sonne als auch zur Hälfte immer Schatten bietet, was bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad mit mobilen bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten sehr angenehm ist. Beste Lage zum Atlantik-Strand (300m, bewachter Badestrand) und 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Markt , zu anderen Geschäften und zum Fähranleger am Bassin. Nette kleine Surfschule (Alex) direkt gegenüber. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympatisch und Isabelle spricht auch sehr gut englisch. Alles in allem für einen Familien-Urlaub in Cap Ferret sehr zu empfehlen!

Superbe appartement près de la plage

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement confortable en rez de chaussée, très bien équipé avec une superbe déco, la terrasse est tout aussi agréable et bien aménagée avec sa cabane-bar qui la rend vraiment conviviale.
