Join us in our Lake Country Homestead bed & breakfast style rental. Our farmhouse is a 2 story 100+ year old farmhouse that was once the main house of a 2000A farm. The home and barn is original to the property. Relax in our treed and manicured 2 1/2 A yard and outdoor large patio, with several locations for socializing or quietly reading or meditating. Enjoy the sites, sounds, smells, and stunning summer sunsets of country living.

Our goal is to make our private home your home away from home. You will share our home with us, the owners, and will have access to most of the home and yard but will have your own private areas. We also provide parties/weddings in our barn, please inquire for more information.

We are sorry, but are unable to take reservations at this time due to COVID19 and recent changes in the pandemic. We are sad we can't share our home and so missing our guests. You can, however, send us an inquiry and we can contact you if the situation changes.

We provide morning coffee, tea, and juice with a continental breakfast for a grab & go convenience, including fresh fruit, cereals, danishes, nuts & seeds, fresh organic free range eggs from a local farmer, cheeses, and more. We accommodate dietary needs.

We accommodate both the business and vacation travelers.

Children must be at least 6 years. Great yard for outdoor play.

We will take you back in time with our renovated home, we have restored it back to its original luster of the early 1900's with its refinished oak hardwood floors and cherry molding. The country kitchen has cherry cabinets and a sliding glass door leading out to a large patio and yard. The home is furnished with a country and traditional flavor with many antiques and nautical and country theme. New carpet upstairs.

We also offer barn and barnyard weddings, parties, and celebrations in our century old barn, with a farm to table food option when in season, fully catered and professionally planned and executed to your expectations. It's also a great place for a family reunion or celebration. Please inquire.

The upstairs has 3 bedrooms for rent and accommodates up to 5 people. Bathrooms are shared. There is a half bath on the 1st floor and a upstairs bathroom has a full tub/shower and double sink with large mirror with Hollywood lighting. Each bedroom able to be locked for your safety and security. One bedroom with a large bay window has 2 twins or a king option, one bedroom overlooking the barn and fields has a queen bed, and one overlooking the barn and yard has a twin bed. Each room has a dresser, chair, mirror and a place to hang clothes. We provide 100% cotton sheets, all bedding, towels, shampoo and soap for your convenience.

The downstairs has a living room, dining room, den with a TV, kitchen and an entry nook. The kitchen will be available for light snacks; you will also have access to a microwave, small refrigerator, and an outside grill with utensils. Eating options are inside or outside seating on the patio or picnic table.

We provide beverages and light snacks throughout the day.

We have a large drive around driveway with ample parking for multiple cars and boats/boat trailers.

Laundry service is available for an additional fee. Soap and dryer sheets are available.

Our country home is situated in the middle of Lake Country in Orleans County only minutes from the southern shore of Lake Ontario and about an hour east of Niagara Falls. The waterfront at Oak Orchard River Harbor and Oak Orchard Lighthouse is a perfect destination your recreation, boating, fishing and leisure with its gentle breezes and deep waters. Oak Orchard River is also known for its world class salmon and trout fishing and the area is full of fertile farmland providing ideal conditions for growing bountiful crops, especially vegetables and fruits.

We are conveniently located halfway between Buffalo/Niagara Falls and Rochester/Finger Lakes regions, with easy access from the NYS Thruway, the east/west Route 104, the Seaway Trail, our National Scenic Byway, the Lake Ontario State Parkway, State Route 18 and Route 31 and Canada’s Queen Elizabeth Way.
