About this property
Central Jewel of Saint Louis!
This apartment is decorated with a theme of something that I enjoy! I'm an active person and biking is a great past time I love doing around the area, especially the 1,293 acres of Forest Park. Fortunately, the amazing environment of Dogtown doesn't require a bike at all! All that Forest Park offers is right out the front door and in walking distance. Or it's a quick bus ride or drive to downtown, the Loop, and Washington University. It'd be my pleasure to have you as a guest in my apartment!
Forest Park is within steps of your front door. Visit the Zoo, Art Museum, Science Center, Golf Courses, Muny Theater, etc. Minutes to downtown, Wash U, Clayton, Maplewood, etc. Walk to famous Dogtown restaurants, bars and shops. Easy access to all major highways so you can hop to Downtown St. Louis, Clayton or West County/Chesterfield.
You'll be enjoying the entire apartment to yourself as well as a washer/dryer room, parking garage, and patio. The gated garage allows for a safe and convenient parking spot.
For check-in, our onsite manager who resides at the property, will meet you to provide the necessary access codes. She will also be available to assist you at any time during your stay. Kindly let us know your expected arrival time!
The central location will provide an excellent experience in the heart of Saint Louis's famous and historic Dogtown Neighborhood directly next to Turtle Park, Forest Park, the Loop, grocery stores, and so many more attractions!
Walk, bike, Metro bus, or drive as all major highways and modes of transportation are walking distance!

The place is very clean and has all you would need! Very clean and very tidy, only complaints is if parking in the little parking garage, if your car is low it will scrape and just to remember that the shower hot is cold and cold is hot, otherwise it is nice and cool and a great place to stay!
This property is centrally located to downtown St. Louis. Safe neighborhood. Jay was awesome and I would recommend this apartment to anyone needing somewhere to stay!
Garage was very short, we were on a motorcycle, but I doubt an SUV or larger would fit. There was no hot water for showers, we thought maybe it was just an empty tank so we tried again in the morning…none. There was instant coffee single packets. The bed had a definite dip in the middle. I did reach out to the host 7 hours ago about the water, waiting to hear back. We left, very unsatisfied.

Okay
The check in process itself was easy, it was the explanation of it that was confusing. It was roughly four paragraphs of the same reiterated information. The cleanliness was ok??? It’s an older building for sure which I had no issue with. The bedroom window AC had black mold inside of it which was gross. The bathroom was pretty dated and needs some TLC. My husband and I were fixing some take and bake pizzas on our first night, and I went to open the oven to see how they were looking and the oven lightbulb was on top of my pizza…I contacted them about this just so they didn’t think I messed with the oven and just so they were aware. They said they would have a technician look at it. When we first got there, the unit was UNGODLY hot. DEFINITELY make sure you turn on the window AC. The instructions say you can only have one on at a time so just make sure you kinda alternate i guess. Overall it was fine for the 3 days we were there.

Good for a short visit
I stayed at this property for nearly a month as I was on a work trip. Cooking was more difficult than I would have liked and the apartment was quite cold the entire time with no real way to adjust the temperature.
We would recommend this place to others. It worked great for us.
Just as expected. We only stayed there one night after or son's wedding, but it was perfect. Very nice to enjoy the ice cream treats in the freezer after a long day too.
This property had a cozy feeling to it initially but it wasn’t until the morning when we found a lighter and some pieces of hair in bed. It was apparent that the sheets were not washed before we came in. The fridge was also not plugged in upon arrival. Overall a good neighborhood and artwork inside the place but wish it was cleaner.

Very basic lodging in great area
Jay was very communicative prior to our visit. In fact, he even allowed us to check-in early. We were very appreciative of this. If you park in the early to late afternoon, street parking is easy. The garage is tight and nightmare-ish. The apartment could of been cleaner; however, we only saw some insects in the bath. At the time of our visit, the refrigerator unit was not working. We messaged Jay but received no response. The dairy-free creamer, left as a convenience, was spoiled. In my future visits to STL, I will look for a different property.

Great Place in St Louis!
I was in town for a show at the Pageant. Jay's place is close to everything. Parking and Ubering is no problem from this property. The area has so much to do. The rental price was great. It was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice Place
Good place to stay if you're heading to St. Louis. Pretty close to a lot of different things. Having the option to park in the garage was nice, but we mostly parked on the street when there were spots.
