Welcome to Pelican Beach #1709. Our one-bedroom gulf front condo has the perfect location for you and your family! The King Master Bedroom is connected to a private bath. In addition, the condo has built in hall bunks and another full bath. The living room and kitchen both face the gulf. Being able to utilize a fully equipped kitchen instead of dining out for every meal is one of many advantages of staying at our Pelican Beach condo! For the best view of the gulf, simply step out onto your private gulf front balcony to enjoy the sweeping views!
Open your balcony doors and you are facing Destin's beautiful emerald blue waters! You will love the easy access to the beach and pool. Grill up some of your favorite meals on the BBQ pits downstairs.

We have provided all the amenities you'll need during your stay including free wi-fi, cable. We have seasonal beach service includes one umbrella and 2 beach chairs that can be set up for you daily for a fee. We also have patio furniture for you to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Aside from it's beautiful beaches Destin also offer's plenty of other fun and relaxing activities. Shop till you drop at Silver Sands Factory Outlet located one eighth of a mile from your condo. Enjoy a delicious dinner at one of Destin's popular local restaurants including Harbor Docks and The Back Porch. Take the family out for a day of fun for golf, deep sea fishing, Big Kahuna's water park across the street, jet skiing and dolphin cruises just to name a few!

The condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for the two of us. The view was great, water was blue, beaches white. My concerns were more around the unfriendly staff (check in staff)everyone else was very friendly (housekeeping, maintenance, etc) There are 20 floors in the building, 4 elevators however in the 2 weeks that we stayed only 2 worked. With the number of people checking in and out it was ridiculous. Lines/wait times for the elevators were LONG. (we were on the 17th floor) As mentioned the view from the deck was awsome, the beach experience, not so much. There are chair rentals on the beach for the condo, however the rental group took up the beach closest to the ocean, 3 rows of chairs and then everyone else who had their own chairs/blankets had to sit behind the 3 rows of chairs and umbrellas... so the view was of the rental umbrellas. You couldn't go next door on the beach because they are all considered private beaches. So if you didn't mind seeing a view of umbrella's, this is the place to go.

We love Pelican Beach!

We have stayed at this resort before and the layout of the properties here are ideal. This unit was no different. Unwavering views of the water and central to restaurants and shopping. The unit was clean and spacious and photos were accurate. I would stay here again!

Loved the large size of the living area. Very nicely decorated and clean. Only one thing, not a problem for us, but it seemed the floors were very sandy when we walked in the unit. Which made them slick. That would not keep us from staying here again.

Enjoy this Pelican Beach Unit in Destin, Florida

The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The unit appears to have been remodeled recently. The unit was well stocked and everything in the unit worked well. The complex, while being very large, had very good elevators and we never had to wait for an elevator. The covered parking was very nice. Beach was beautiful and the location was close to many fine restaurants, shopping etc. The only negative for our needs as this unit does not have a washer and dryer. We really enjoyed staying in this unit in Destin.
