Maison très spacieuse mais "dans son jus"

La maison est vraiment grande, les pièces sont très spacieuses, il y a de grands rangements dans toutes les pièces. On peut garer plusieurs voitures dans la cour. Elle est située sur les hauteurs de Ericeira, loin du centre et de l'océan, près des supermarchés et des routes/autoroutes pour sortir de la ville. Pour les points négatifs : la maison est "dans son jus", certaines chaises sont cassées, les salles de bain sont vieilles, les fenêtres pas du tout isolées. Il manque quelques objets utiles : un bac à glaçons, un tréteau pour étendre le linge à l'intérieur et la cafetière est trop petite pour une si grande maison. J'aurais aussi apprécié quelques rouleaux de papier toilette d'avance et un peu d'huile (séjour de 3 jours - en avion). Des chiens voisins aboient constamment. Ana Maria est sympathique et joignable facilement. Elle parle français.
