Redwood Garden Cottage

This sweet home is close to Mt Shasta, yet a little off the beaten track. Located on a magical half acre, which has Mt Shasta views at the rear, flora galore and an irrigated, grassy back lawn. This 3 bedroom-2 Bath home is 1350 SF of cozy delight. The rear deck is great for watching your friends loll around the yard, or for sharing a bar-be-que meal, with a fine glass of wine. Ensconced in privacy, the location is minutes to the Gateway Trailhead and the road to Mt Shasta's Bunny Flats and Panther Meadows. This is a great place to hang your hats and to kick back with friends or family!
Enjoy the fresh fruit from our yard during summer months: cherries, peaches, raspberries and plums (some say the best they have ever eaten). Early in the season, rhubarb is there for the taking as well.
No mail delivery at the house. Please speak with Host about receiving packages

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Redwood Garden Cottage! We greatly appreciated how clean, comfortable, and well appointed the house was. The location was perfect for us-close to town, the mountain, and other attractions. The snacks in the kitchen and toiletries in the bathroom were a lovely touch. We would absolutely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at Redwood Garden Cottage. The home was clean, cozy, and perfectly located for exploring the area. The host was responsive and check-in was smooth and simple. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the overall comfort of the place.The only small issue we noticed was with the hot water supply—after filling the bathtub once, it took about an hour for the water to heat up again for the next person. Not a big problem, but something to be aware of.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent trip to Mt Shasta

This is a great property. The area was quiet and located in a nice neighborhood. The house was perfect for four adults and there was plenty of room for all four of our cars. The backyard is very nice and plenty of room to gather. I would highly recommend the property.

This is a perfectly located property. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with space between other homes. The backyard is wonderful and large. And the home is clean and has everything that would be needed. It actually is more spacious than the pictures can show. There’s so much to offer in Mt. Shasta and this property is a nice central location to access nature as well as town.

This property is heavenly, we spent hours on the back deck. Super quiet neighborhood and every amenity you could imagine. Our host was most accommodating but she didn’t smother us!!Our stay has been phenomenal.

Wonderful weekend

We stayed here for our annual snowboarding trip and the home was perfect for us. Not far from downtown, but in a quiet area. We had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated all the little extras!
