Very Popular downtown cottage. Downtown Mt Shasta with Mt Shasta Views and within a cluster of four vacation rentals that share a gorgeous landscaped yard with flowers, grass. Bella is a one bedroom, one bath cottage with all new decor. Its small but efficient. Living room has Delightful Farmhouse décor cottage.Futon couch that sleeps one comforatble. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, stove, fridge, eating bar with 2 chairs. Additional small table with two chairs also. Full bathroom with tub/shower, sink. Bedroom has queen bed and chair with large closet. Linens and towels provided. Small dog ok with fee. All fresh, light & NEW.42"smartv with strong wi-fi.Fully equip. Absolutely loved my stay. Property was super clean , had everything I needed and nicely decorated. Beautiful little courtyard for relaxing. Super close to groceries, great food and lots of shopping. Host went above and beyond in communicating and making sure all was well. Definitely going back on my next trip!

Nice little apartment in a quiet part of town. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. I found the bed comfortable and the A/C worked great. Will stay again next time I’m in the area.

Cute hideaway close to everything!

This is the perfect tiny space for a getaway in the town of Mt. Shasta. Easy walking distance to everything in town. Space was clean and well taken care of.

Great little cottage close to everything

Communication and booking the property with the host were very easy! We were able to bring our very old dog with us as well which was much appreciated! Overall we would definitely come back again!

Clean and cozy

The property is cozy and clean, immaculate in fact. It is centrally located in My. Shasta, with unit B back off the street by a lovely yard. The place would be somewhat cramped with four people, but for two it was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, and there is a small walk-in closet. The living room/kitchen area is well lit and inviting. The bathroom and shower are good, too. The communication with the owner was excellent, and we would come back again.

Nice place. Comfy bed, very cold AC. Spoke with Peter while we were there, couldn’t have been a nicer guy.The only thing I might suggest is that the dryer has one drying cycle that cuts off after awhile. It is located at about 4 o’clock on the dial. The other cycles stayed on but didn’t seem to get very warm/hot. Just FYI.

ski vacation

Very cute little place right in town with off-street parking that makes loading and unloading ski gear easy. The unit is listed for 4 people - this would be VERY cosy, as the fold-out futon is shortish (length-wise), so it is truly perfect for 3 adults. Loved the front patio with nice outdoor furniture to relax on, and the kitchen is well equipped. We had a great stay and would definitely rent this place again.

The small apartment was clean and comfortable. The owner came over and helped us settle in. It snowed the day we left. John was there early shoveling the walkway and plowing the alley where we were parked. We had a very nice experience.

Mt Shasta Stay

We loved our little 1 bdrm unit. My husband is from Mt Shasta and we usually stay with his family. Due to circumstances, we were not able to stay with them this time and found this ideal unit that accepts a dog. The place is cute, cozy and had everything we needed to dig ourselves out when over 2 ft of snow accumulated overnight. My only complaint would be that there is a metal gate at the head of the bed that the other guests use and if they come in late, it bangs against the wall and wakes you up. My suggestion would be to have the other guests use the middle walkway access point that isn't attached to where someone is sleeping. But I would highly recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

Heat problems

Nice unit. Very close to town center. The heater would not stay on once it reached the set temperature. We reaches out to the owner who responded immediately. However, he was not able to get the unit to operate consistently and it only ever ran properly twice during the whole stay. Each night the temperature would drop into the low 40s, and on the third day we could not get the heater to come on at all when returning in the afternoon. Despite offering to drop off some electric heaters for us each time we contacted the owner, he did not follow through until after we had checked out. We received a text letting us know he had left heaters by the front door, about 3 hours after we had left.

Great Location

This is a small well kept cottage in very short walking distance to downtown, shopping and restaurants. We stayed here a year ago so it needs maintenance attention in the bathroom. Blinds in the bedroom need replacing. But these repairs wouldn't keep us from renting again
