Overlooking the shimmering Ionian sea, Villa Pisti is the perfect choice for outdoor living. Bordered by an array of lush Mediterranean plants and trees, the garden offers a choice of sun-soaked patios and shaded hideaways, ideal for families to find the perfect place to recline on a sunlounger and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding countryside; that is when you can resist a dip in the superb infinity pool!

Inside, the villa is a contemporary space, with sumptuous furnishings and all the mod cons you would expect, including air conditioning and WiFi throughout. Each of the bedrooms has a balcony and the convenience of its own ensuite bathroom.

A 45 minute stroll will take you to the traditional fishing harbour of Sivota, where you can enjoy a fabulous meal on the waterfront or simply while away sunny afternoons as the harbour comes alive with approaching yachts.

The local municipality of Sivota continues to invest in developing the surrounding area and there may be works taking place within the vicinity. We do not anticipate these will have a significant impact on the overall enjoyment of your holiday, with works being monitored regularly.

For your own safety please do not use inflatables inside the infinity pool or sit, walk, or stand on the infinity pool edge children are to be supervised at all times. Due to the traditional design of this property there are some low walls within the villa grounds and we therefore ask that you take care especially with small children.

Please note, the whirlpool function on the bathtub in the images is not functioning. Therefore, the bath must only be used as a standard bathtub.
