It's fully furnished, has external surveillance security cameras, wifi, a/c, tv cable, nice balcony to enjoy starry island nights and mountain views. It is just 5 minutes away from main supermarket, gas station, bank, restaurants and 6 minutes from Airport.

Why they chose this property
We visited the island for vacation in 2017, and we fall in love with the island, the people, beaches, mountains and specially with Roatan 1 development with high standards. We found out that is a great place to invest and prepare for the future. The property is brand new.
