The main house offers two bedrooms, a sleeping loft and two full bathrooms, along with a remodeled kitchen and comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, air conditioning and a private ensuite full bathroom.
Just off the dining and living area is the second bedroom, featuring a Murphy bed and air conditioning. Its location makes it convenient to the main living spaces while still providing guests with their own sleeping area.

Above the main living area, a loft accessed by a built-in ladder provides an additional twin bed. The loft is a simple sleeping space and is best suited for an older child, teen or adventurous guest comfortable using the ladder.

A second full bathroom serves the guest bedroom, loft and main living areas.

Separate Guest Casita
Steps from the main house and pool, the private casita provides additional space and privacy for guests traveling together.
The casita features a queen bed, air conditioning and its own full bathroom, making it especially nice for a second couple, extended family or guests who appreciate having a little space of their own.

The private pool is one of the highlights of The Otherside, featuring a beautiful custom underwater mural filled with colorful tropical marine life. It gives the pool a distinctive Caribbean character and creates a fun backdrop for long, relaxing days at home.

Surrounding the pool are tropical gardens, comfortable areas for lounging, an outdoor shower and a spacious covered entertainment area with seating, television, dining space and room to gather with family and friends.

Other Things to Note
Electricity: Electricity is not included in the nightly rate and is charged separately based on actual usage at $0.40 per kWh. The electric meter will be read at check-in and again at check-out. Guests can easily control their usage by turning off air conditioning when rooms are not occupied.

Getting Around: We recommend renting a vehicle to fully enjoy Roatán and explore the surrounding area. We are happy to assist with car rentals, private drivers, airport transportation and other transportation needs.

Island Living: Roatán is a tropical island, and occasional power or internet interruptions can occur. You may also encounter tropical insects, geckos and other island wildlife during your stay. The property is regularly maintained and treated, but these are a natural part of life in the tropics.
