Renovated home in the heart of one of the most historic neighborhoods in Louisville. This home is one bedroom and one bath, comfortably accommodating two adults! Walking distance to Waterfront Park and Lynn Family Stadium! Also close to Louisville Slugger Field, KFC Yum Center, Whiskey Row and all the downtown museums, such as the Muhammad Ali Center, Louisville Science Center, Frazier Historical Arms Museum, and the Louisville Slugger Museum. Also close to Churchill Downs, Cave Hill Cemetery, the airport, Univ of Louisville and L&N Stadium.
Again, there is only one bedroom and one bathroom. Kitchen is fully functional.

The best Vrbo in Louisville

I love this Vrbo -perfect size and location is great -I feel very safe here and just minutes from the park and bridge -Teresa is an amazing host will never stay at another while I am in town !

Lovely Stay in the Heart of Louisville

We really enjoyed staying at the property; we had everything we needed, privacy, and could walk to many restaurants and shops. We had no issues with parking and the home was very comfortable. We only had a couple of days, but would have enjoyed more time.

Beautiful historical home

This is a beautiful home with high ceilings, and hardwood floors. Very clean, and convenient location. The host was helpful, and checked in to see if we needed anything and make sure we were comfortable. I will definitely stay here again

Butchertown Beauty

This property is well maintained and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location also can't be beat as it's close to many attractions. The property owner was detail-oriented and checked in often to make sure we had everything needed for our stay. We'd definitely stay again if ever back in this area!

Beautiful apartment in a very nice neighborhood. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and extremely clean. Teresa was communicative and left nice goodies as treats to eat! I would definitely stay there again!

Quaint and clean

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. It is a lovely, quaint home in a pretty centralized area from what we could tell. The house was very clean and the check in process was seamless. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

Bourbon and Beyond

Loved this quaint historical house. Everything we needed was there and loved the smell of it when you came in. It reminded me of a expensive hotel. We will definitely come back.

Butchertown Stay

We enjoyed the beauty of this old renovated brick brownstone home. Perfect location for us. Delightful get away near Whiskey row

Fantastic Property

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing stay. The house is ideally located for all that Louisville has to offer. The home itself was charming, clean and very well stocked. Ample on street parking. Excellent communication with property owner. We will definitely return to this wonderful home.

Hospitality at its best!

Teresa (host) could not have been more welcoming. The home was very clean, organized, and comfortable. Teresa also offered some great recommendations for attractions, restaurants, and distilleries on the Bourbon Trail. We had a great stay and would do it again in a heartbreak.

Wonderful neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay in this historic home...perfect location for our sightseeing goals. Spacious, clean and accommodating. Most of our stay was during 90 and 92 degree temps and there were some issues keeping all the rooms cool, but the owner was prompt in responding to our needs and to help us out. Many Thanks to her hospitality!!!

Such a cute house!

I stayed here with my husband and immediately walking in, fell in love with the place. The home is so charming, clearly an old home renovated with care. It was super comfortable, and the host left all kinds of sweet amenities for us. The neighborhood was quiet and cute. It was an excellent location with lots to do nearby! Definitely would recommend

Beautiful historic home in Louisville

The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you need for your stay. The neighborhood is nice, you can walk to lots of places. This was a birthday trip for my husband and Teresa was so sweet. She had balloon, flowers and a delicious mini birthday cake for my husband. We had a wonderful time.

Lovely home in a great neighborhood

My husband and I went to Louisville for a weekend. We had the best time! Our home was lovely. You could not ask for a better host than Theresa. All the ammenities you could ask for.. and more. The home was beautiful. Butchertown was close to everything we wanted to visit. I highly recommend this location.
