The owners of Lone Cactus Properties, Terry and Judy started their Montana experience by spending summer vacations here , before purchasing their first parcel of land in Paradise Valley. Then went on to add additional land so they could build the perfect vacation rental property to share this experience.

Why they chose this property

Location Location Location. This cabin is surrounded by spectacular mountain views, that is why we put in so many windows, and outdoor sitting areas, so you can take in the sky colors, sun rises and sun sets, it is amazing how they make the mountains take on different looks and it can change every minute. The close proximity to Yellowstone Park, Yellowstone River, Mountain Hiking trails, and the town of Livingston, and of course the world famous Chico Hot Springs. Perfect spot to have horses, and we invite our guests to come over and meet Amen and Jackson our resident horses that love meeting all our guests.

What makes this property unique

If you are new to Montana, like we were at one time, and want to explore the mountain trails or fish the Yellowstone, we can recommend trails, and or guides for this. Having many years experience with exploring all that Montana offers.
