About this property

Delightful Beach House with a Pool!

This delightful pool home is located in the heart of W Bradenton and just minutes away from the world-famous Anna Maria Beach! You are within a short driving distance to many fabulous restaurants and shops. Walking (5 minutes walk) and biking distance is Palma Sola Bay where you can walk along and enjoy your walk or a bike ride.

House is very comfortable, stylish and remodeled in 2018! This wonderful home offers 3 relaxing bedrooms and 2 full baths plus very comfortable living room area! The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a quin-size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room and two flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. For those with children we provide a foosball table outside! :) Also ouside I have a small Weber grill for you to use. WiFi is in the house!

I've tried to think of every little thing that will make your stay pleasent and relaxing. I supplied my home in non toxic items for you to use that you don't always find it like; hand soap, laundry detergent, laundry softener, dishwasher soap, shower gel ect.

Pool heater was instaled in September 2018, so if you are planning to come during fall/winter time heated pool will be available for additional daily charge $15/day.
Pet Fee; $100 per Pet per stay.
There is no overnight additional guests.
Only up to 6 people including children can sleep in the house.
If you are expecting any visitors during the day please notify the owner.
No Family Reunions in this house!
No Parties!
If there is an additional guest staying over, I charge $30 per night.

I have a Ring camera in front of the house for my guests safety!

On a personal note; I came to this country from Poland in 2001 with 2 suitcases, couple houndreds in my pocket, with limited english to communicate but with a big dreams and goals. One of my dreams was to have a place somewhere warm. After I discovered Bradenton area in 2012, I knew I will move here one day. It's been on my list since then and in February 2018 I purchased this home.
My only wish to you is to enjoy my house and take a good care of it. I've worked so hard to achieve what I have.

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay here! The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including pool toys and beach gear. Our kids had the best time in the heated pool, and it was a nice surprise to find a box of legos and books in the kids’ room to keep them busy when they weren’t swimming. This is a beautiful home not too far from the beaches. The pool and patio are great. The house was very well equipped with everything you think you would need for spring great. The host was very responsive and friendly.

Everything about this rental experience was top notch. The house has literally everything you can think of for your ideal vacation. Kasia was helpful prior to our trip with insights on the area and where to rent a crib. The location is great and our family had a great time with plans to repeat this exact trip in the near future.

Delightful Pool Home

Owner greeted us with a bottle of wine. House is well equipped and extremely cleaned. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Pool area is very comfortable and spacious. The pool is refreshing and stays cool with 100 degrees outside. Planning on returning soon. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, don’t hesitate to book this home. Amazing

The house was clean, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The pool was great, the beach was close, only 10 minutes. The owner supplied beach bags, towels, buckets and toys, boogie boards and folates, a beach umbrella and a cooler which we took to the beach every day. The neighborhood was quiet and there were many restaurants close by. This was by far the nicest house and pool property I have rented. I will definitely come back and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Florida. The owner was in constant contact and made checking into the property and leaving very easy. Thank you for a GREAT family vacation!

Relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our trip to Bradenton. We appreciated that Kasia had many items available for our use (dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent and many more). You really just need your clothes and a swimsuit to enjoy this property. I walked the dog a couple of miles each day in this neighborhood and met some very nice people. The pool was clean and she heated it for us for a small daily fee. We used the beach umbrella and beach chairs. Enjoyed Manatee beach that was only a 15 minute drive away. Thank you for a very relaxing week in sunny Florida.

Incredible Home

We were beyond impressed with our stay. This house was just perfect for our family of 5. A wonderful layout (master in one side, 2 spacious bedrooms on the other) with a great living area and kitchen in the middle. There was also a laundry room and sitting area. And then the outside! A great patio and pool. We had everything we ever needed and more. When we return to Bradenton we plan to book here again. So much better than any hotel…or honestly any other rental home we’ve had previously. One last note: Kasia, the property owner, is incredible. She is a delight to work with. You can see that this house is so well managed and cared for. Thanks so much, Kasia!

Lovely cosy home that’s very well equipped

The home is very nice and cosy and Kasia has ensured you have everything you need, and more! The location is very safe and easy to get to and there’s a lot of space in the beautifully decorated home. It’s not very close to the beach and not much in easy walking distance unfortunately, but I enjoyed just being by the lovely large pool and in the house rather than driving around to go places. As it’s a home, you do need to be aware of visits from pool cleaners and gardeners as well as putting out the garbage twice a week during your stay. The neighbors also put up a fence while I was there so that was a little noisy, but is much more secluded now so it’s a definite improvement from being overlooked by neighbors when you’re in or by the pool.

Awesome Stay!

This house was very relaxing, expectionally clean and very comfortable, which we were by far. The owner made sure to stock all essentials plus more. We really only needed to bring our clothes. The home decor and style is really nice with wifi and loads of TV app entertainment. There is also beach supplies, bikes, indoor board games, etc. Like I said, you only need to bring your clothes. The location is close to beaches, shopping and dining. The neighborhood was quite peaceful and traffic was a breeze. The pool was also fantastic. Our communication with the owner was friendly and effective The owner quickly responded to questions and concerns. If we ever need to vacation in the area again, we would definitely come back.

Awesome home, Awesome owners, Awesome location

From the minute we found this house listing the owners were awesome to deal with. Location is great about 15 minutes from Manatee Beach with traffic. Planet Fitness is within 6 minutes, Starbucks within 6 minutes. The home is set up great for families. Two bedrooms on one side and the master bed and bath on the other side. Large dining room, living room and kitchen. Pool area is great with outdoor grill, table and chairs as well as two lounge chairs. The foosball table is one of the best we have used. Kasia is an amazing host, I would say by far the best host we have ever rented from!! My wife left a drawer full of clothes and Kasia was quick to help us get the items shipped back home. Kasia has every item you may need or not know you need in her home. We loved the home and will rent again. Thanks for letting us rent your space!!

Beautiful vacation getaway

Amazing Beach Home for the Whole Family We had a wonderful stay at Kasia’s place including my fox terrier Miss Trixie Delight. lol The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, spacious and centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. The pictures are accurate and current. You will LOVE the open floor plan with spacious entertaining areas and private backyard. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and can accommodate multiple chefs. We bought some of our own spices and condiments but the pantry is well stocked with basic needs. The bedrooms had the most comfortable mattresses and we all had the best sleep. The huge patio and pool area was so nice to relax in. There are plenty of pool toys to choose from. She surprised our family with a huge pink swan in the pool. She is a very gracious host and very accommodating. We were welcome “home” with a bottle of wine and chocolates. There was plenty of plush towels and Modere toiletries in each bathroom. This was our first family vacation we’ve taken this year due to the travel restrictions but we had the BEST time exploring the different beach towns and relaxing on the many beautiful beaches. The garage is full of everything you need for the perfect beach getaway. This is definitely one of our favorite areas to visit and Kasia’s place is the perfect vacation home. We will definitely be back and Kasia’s home is the only place we want to stay at.
