The house was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed for five weeks. There were no issues. The lanai gets sun all day.

Very clean, exactly what we were hoping for

Coconut Oasis was great. From the moment we walked in until we left.The house was immaculate, pool was inviting and refreshing and the house had everything we needed. Location was perfect.We would definitely stay here again.

Myself and my two adult children had a wonderful stay. Home was clean and just the right size. Pool was a huge bonus. Looked location to Anna Maria Island.

Great, clean house. The pool is awesome and outdoor space is huge. Kids caught fish in the canal, wish we had brought the boat. There are some sunken pavers on back patio/dock are that need to be fixed. The kitchen is modern, bedrooms and baths are nice. But really only complaint was that Google Maps takes you to a lot that is on other side of SR684 that appears to be a junk yard so when you ge close be aware that you need to look for coconut terrace and not 4116 at 100th st west

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The property was exceptional, had everything we needed and it was very clean and well kept. Office staff was great and extremely helpful. We will come back!!!
