FULL REFUND DURING THE PANDEMIC in case of lock down Here is an apartment of 80 m2, second home of the owner, ideally located near the beaches of Juan Les Pins and Antibes within walking distance, in the residential area of "Rostagne". The air-conditioned apartment opens onto three magnificent terraces, one of which is covered, the other is a large solarium, which welcomes your children's swimming pool in July and August and the third extends the bedrooms to the landscaped garden of 175 m2, filled with sun. The apartment has full equipment, a recent kitchen, two new bathrooms with Italian shower, (wheelchair accessible) and bathtub. The bedrooms have large wardrobes and are open to the garden. The bedding is of high quality and offers premium comfort. A comfortable sofa bed can sleep two more people. One of the bedrooms allows you to install a bed for a baby or a very young child (baby cot). The residence, sober style, is of high standing. It has a park of royal palm trees and private parking for your car. It is close to shops while being away from the noise and the city. It is on foot that you will go to the beach or to the famous Pinède de Juan to listen to jazz notes. Supplies, doctor, pharmacy, nurse on foot in less than 5 minutes.We have designed this apartment so that people with reduced mobility can live there with family or friends without major difficulty. You will take your first morning sea bath by going to the bakery while your little family is still sleeping! At home, 2 TV, Music channel, free WiFi, terraces with sun loungers, fully equipped kitchen, cot, barbecue, You will only take your car to explore the French Riviera and to reach in 1 hour, the most beautiful mountain in the south of France that are the Niçois Alps and the Mercantour massif for magnificent day hikes, at an altitude of nearly 2000 m. The next day you will go sunbathing on foot to the Salis beach by going down the few steps of the Vertu path.

Antibes family vacation
Itvwas a vety nice and clean apartment with excellent standard both indoor and outdoors. Perfect for a family when you want to cook food yourself as kitchen was very well equiped and there where also a electrical grill. A bit far to the grocery stores as se did not have a car, even thhough parking was included. All in all a very good holiday apartment.

You haven't discovered the grocery stores located 200 meters away on foot for the U store and 500 meters away on foot for the Coccinelle store, Picard, butcher, and bakery.
We would be happy to see you again next year.
Very nice apartment with great management! We loved our stay - the location is great (walk to the beaches, Old Town Antibes, and Juan Les Pins) and the apartment is very clean. The size was perfect for a family of four and the garden was quite large which was great for young kids. The AC works very well, which was helpful during the summer heat. Merci beaucoup!

Nice quiet location with lovely garden
We stayed for a week with children. It was a spacious apartment with garden and terrace for eating outside in the evening. Kitchen is modern and well equipped. We had a minor issue with dishwasher. Would recomend this to people that looking for a quiet place to stay.

This is a great apartment in a great location up a small hill halfway between Antibes and Juan Les Pins, you can walk to either boardwalk in 10-15 minutes.
Also a very convenient location for day trips to many, many nearby villages and towns with off street, gated parking for your vehicle.
Walk for groceries in 10-15 minutes or a 15 minute drive to the Centre Carrefour where you can find everything you could possibly need for a longer term stay.
Good wifi, lots of ( very hot) water.
Nice outdoor space but sun is low in January/ February.
Owner is quick to answer questions by email.
Great apartment in a great location, yes it’s up a hill BUT ITS ONLY A 10/15 minute walk to either Antibes or Juan Les Pins.. off street parking is a plus.
Beautiful grounds with two patios. Winter sun is low so not particularly sunny in January but by the beginning of February there were about 4 hours of sun on the side patio. The apartment is nice and bright.
The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.
The owner, Jean-Marie, is great. He answered our emails quickly, answered our questions and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Would definitely come back!

Out of about 6 places I've stayed with VBRO in France, this is the best. Apartment is almost exactly like photos. Spacious and well appointed. BEST location ever! Easy to get to stores, beaches, restaurants, etc. ( all within 1/2 mile easy walk). It takes a few days to find your way around since it's a typical French neighborhood but once there, you're golden. Don't drive unless absolutely necessary. There's no easy parking in either Antibes (except pay lot on the beach) or anywhere in Juan Les Pins. Walking is best with the added benefit that you don't gain weight from eating and drinking.

We stayed for almost four weeks with our 9 month old baby and had a great time. The location was ideal for walking to Antibes or taking the train along the coast and the beaches/shops/cafes were all close by. The garden had plenty of sun and shade throughout the day.Like another reviewer, we also received a bill for additional cleaning (including things such as descaling the washing machine and cleaning the windows) which we would not consider to be standard practice.Additionally, although the property is advertised with air conditioning we were not permitted to use it during our stay as the host did not consider the weather to be warm enough in April/May. The temperatures were not excessive during our stay but as we were travelling with a young baby, air conditioning was more of a consideratiom for us.Overall, we had a great stay- the apartment was fantastic.

Thank you for your complimentary comments about the rental (comfort, location, quiet, garden, etc.). Unfortunately, you had the worst weather of all April. The temperatures barely rose above 21-23 degrees Celsius during the day and 15 degrees at night, with heavy rain. We didn't quite understand why you asked to turn on the air conditioning to cool the apartment in April.
The main difficulty lies in the fact that you didn't do any light cleaning for a month. We never asked you to clean the bay windows, only the fingerprints on the mirrored door panes.
You received information on three documents and consulted the house rules, which required you to clean the oven, the inside of the refrigerator, and take your trash to the trash room.
We offered you a 4-hour cleaning package worth €100. Unfortunately, the cleaning bill exceeded this flat rate by 50%. This means that there was a lot of work for our service provider.
Finally, we believe that you are a very friendly little family, but that you confused a rental in a private apartment with a vacation in a serviced residence (Maeva or others).

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement, bien équipé et chaleureux. Il est situé dans un quartier calme et résidentiel, à proximité de toutes les commodités. Le jardin est très beau et propice à la détente.
Excellent séjour, appartement magnifique avec un gros plus pour l'extérieur. Appartement très bien situé entre Antibes et Juan Les Pins, à 1/4 d'heure à pied de la gare de Juan Les Pins ce qui permet de faire les déplacements pour les visites en train. Les commerces et la plage sont à proximité. Inutile de prendre la voiture. A recommander

Nous avons passé à quatre, avec notre chien, deux semaines de superbes vacances dans l'appartement de Jean-Marie. Comme en 2022 - nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise cette année encore. Les plages de Juan les Pin et d'Antibes sont rapidement accessibles à pied. On peut visiter beaucoup d'endroits sympas dans les environs - Antibes étant déjà super en soi. Nous avions deux scooters Vespa avec nous et avons pu explorer la région. La plage de la Garoupe est à recommander!
L'appartement offre tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer des vacances agréables et tranquilles : il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée qui répond à tous les souhaits, une terrasse avec une table à manger qui est couverte et donc protégée du soleil, une terrasse ensoleillée et un grand et beau jardin bien entretenu. L'appartement est climatisé. Tout est très propre et bien entretenu. Jean Marie est un hôte formidable. Il s'occupe de tout et la communication est excellente. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in Antibes verbracht.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und hat einen wundervollen Gepflegten Garten.
Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf eine Modernisierung. Auch war es leider nicht so sauber wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten.
Im grossen und ganzen waren wir jedoch sehr zufrieden. Philippe ist ein toller Gastgeber.

Danke für deinen Kommentar. Ich stelle fest, dass die Wohnung nicht so sauber war, wie Sie es sich gewünscht hätten: Ich gebe dies an unsere Reinigungsfirma weiter, damit diese ihre Leistung verbessern kann. Normalerweise haben wir diese Art von Kommentar nicht.
Die Wohnung ist „etwas altmodisch“, sagen Sie: Allerdings wurden die Badezimmer 2016 renoviert, die Küche wurde vor 8 Jahren renoviert, die Wohnung ist klimatisiert, Sie haben einen Highspeed-WLAN-Anschluss. Ich gebe Ihnen zu, dass das Wohnzimmer aufgefrischt und der Marmorboden abgeschliffen werden muss. Die Möbel sind für Tiere und kleine Kinder geeignet, also schlicht und nicht sehr zerbrechlich, aber funktional.
Nos amis et nous mêmes avons beaucoup apprécier notre séjour à Antibes en avril dans votre résidence secondaire spacieuse et très bien aménagée.

Wir haben die Ruhe und die Sicherheit der sehr gepflegten Anlage, auch mit einem eigenem Parkplatz sehr genossen. Die Strände Antibes / Juan les Pin sind zu Fuß (ca. 10 - 15 Minuten) gut zu erreichen. Im Apartment hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Der vor Ort Check-in / out durch war absolut problemlos.

This is a family apartment where we stay so little because we live in Northern France and we are not yet retired. However, we take pleasure in going during off-season to take care of it, improve it and continuously make it more welcoming for you, our dear holidaymakers, and for our children who will one day have this property. What we love above all, is the mix of the sea and the mountain. In October, we alternate the days here and there. Which other place, except Corsica, combines these two magic elements in a space-time so accessible?
Why they chose this property
We have stayed in Antibes for 30 years, by the mountains and on our boat, and for 16 years in this apartment. The best months to come: May, June, September, and October. During Christmas, we have lunch everyday on our terrace. Do you do the same?
What makes this property unique
The peace, the proximity to everything, the comfort of the apartment whatever the period of the year you visit, are what you can expect here (efficient heating system, air conditioned, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets for up 6 people - all mod comforts for 4, comfortable for 6 people). The outside life on the south terrace or on the summer terraces, the security inside the apartment building, all included rates, the beach, the beach, the beach... Too much beach? Go hike in Vallée des Merveilles or in Gorges du Loup for the day, from 500 to 2000 m above sea level depending on the chosen location. Looking for celebration? You are in the right place for festivals, cinema, pyrotechnic in Cannes, and Jazz in Juan and Nice. For your children, there are at least 5 large theme parks; it is an entire or half-day excursion. In the winter, a skiing day in Valberg or Isola awaits you 1h15 by car. At night, you can go to the seaside for apero time.
