Voted a Tropical paradise perched among native banyon trees.
Wake to the sound of sea birds in this tropical paradise. Private fenced yard, fire pit, hammock and just steps to famous Pine ave’s shops and eateries. Walk 7-9 minutes to the beautiful calm Bayside beach & Anna Maria pier, then 4 minute beach walk south takes you to Rod and Reel fishing pier & restaurant pub where water life is seen daily, fishing rods and bait available . Walk further (4 minutes) to “ Bean Point" Beach voted as one of the top ten most beautiful beaches in the world.


Just steps to historic Pine Ave. with quaint shops, restaurants, bike, kayak, and small motor vehicle rentals that is blocks to Annamaria gulf beach public access’s at the end of every street. Famous sandbar restaurant and bar on the beach. Also Bortells local sports bar for in late night outings.
Beach gear is provided, however sometimes guests leave items out or at beach....
Small pets have a fenced yard to explore.

** I live in Georgia but there are times that I stay in my "separate" quarters downstairs, It is a separate entrance and air system. If this is an issue, please let me know at the time of your request as I am always able to visit my family during your stay.
There is a small WATER ACCESS dock steps down our road that leads out to the Anna Maria pier … launch your rental kayak, paddle board or park a jet ski or small boat overnight with prearranged permission . Gas bbq. Regular coffee pot , blender . Smart tv in master bedroom and family room .

We booked this property for a small family gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday. The Banyan tree treehouse vibe made it feel like our own private tropical sanctuary. The location is simply excellent. We enjoyed walking to shops, restaurants, and the beach. To top it off it was genuinely pet-friendly allowing our four legged family members to join us in celebrating. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make these lifelong family memories!

Truly a charming and comfortable stay in a great location. Just one block to Pine Street with tones of restaurants and shops. Everything you need to walk to the beach is located in the beach gear room below the stairs.

Very cozy home near beaches and shops. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. Our kids enjoyed the backyard hammock and we loved sitting on the porch drinking coffee surrounded by the banyan tree branches. We have never seen beaches this beautiful before! Would love to come again!

The house is right in the center of Amelia Island and is easily accessible to coffee shops, restaurants, stores and beaches. We enjoyed being able to walk and bike anywhere without having to use our car. The home was an experience in itself with its beautiful nature views, and its eclectic beach feel. We were very pleased with our stay.

On the day of arrival at 4pm (our check in was available at 3pm) I received a call from the host as I was on the way to the property. She told me her cleaners had not made it to the property due to a last minute booking the day before, and that she was trying to get in touch with her cleaners. She had some cleaners come but our group (of 7) had to divert to other activities for 2 hours before the house was ready at 6:30pm. We were then told due to the inconvenience we could have a late checkout on the last day of our trip, but on that day were messaged asking when we’d be leaving because there was another booking coming in and the cleaners needed to come. This is my issue with vacation rentals being remotely managed. The property itself was as described, the house was beautiful, but this communication was frustrating when especially when coordinating a weekend trip for a large group. The two bedrooms got quite warm at night and there were literal swarms of mosquitos outside of the property, not that this is the hosts fault, just be advised (we rented in September).

An Idyllic Getaway

The property itself is a lush, relaxing place perfect for spending time on the island. It is within easy walking distance of anything and everything you would want to come to Anna Maria for. I couldn’t imagine having a better experience!

Weekend family gathering

Lovely house - upper floor surrounded by trees and greenery. Very private and quiet area - great location for restaurants, shops and the beach. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. We rented a golf cart which was delivered to the house - great for traveling around the island. Would definitely stay here again!!

Family Reunion

All things considered, we had a very pleasant stay. The property is exactly as described and the owner is promply responsive to any issues. All the necessary appointments are there and the accomodations were more than adequate.
