Villa Cleavage is nestled between the two hilltops high above desirable Pelican Key offering both privacy and convenient accessibility to beaches, shops, restaurants and the airport. Upon entering the villa grounds, you first arrive in the courtyard complete with fountain and gardens. This beautiful studio has 1 King size bed, 1 bathroom, kitchen with small refrigerator, stove top, microwave and coffee maker, and large private terrace. Fully equipped with Air-conditioning, ceiling fan, wifi and tv. A gas grill is also provided. Parking available. The property also comes complete with a generator with automatic switch and a cistern. The views and sunsets are remarkable. Everything you need for your island getaway.

Long time residence of St. Maarten. We own a nearby popular restaurant and bar. We also operate a the only rum distillery on the island and have skin care line made from local St Maarten limes.
