This Villa has a fresh coat of paint ( looks gorgeous) with double reclining leather couch and a single recliner.

LUXURY 2 BR VILLA located at Sea Trail Resort in Sunset Beach, NC., voted the best beach in North Carolina. Up to date Villa with full kitchen and mini-suite with newly renovated gorgeous wood floors. The Villa's balcony overlooks a par 3 with fabulous views of the Byrd Golf Course Hole # 16. The 2 BR has 2 queen beds in each bedroom and each bedroom has their own seperate bathroom. If you have any questions, just ask!!!

Has a 3 season porch. Owner is sitting on porch in December, typing this description….!!!! Also, added 50' LED TV to watch Super Bowl or the Masters. Don't miss out.

Most recently, the golf courses at Sea Trail in Sunset Beach have been modernized for a great golf experience. Sea Trail is a golf and beach experience you will not want to miss.

Our villa is located in Sunset Beach, NC one of the best kept secret in North Carolina. If you love playing golf or love to lounge on the beach OUR VILLA is for you! Enjoy one of the widest and cleanest beaches in NC or the Sea Trail’s 3 championship golf courses, William Byrd, Rees Jones and Dan Maples are just a few of the activities available.

We now have 55 Bistro a walking distance away to the convention center. Also at the convention center is Prime Steak House. They have an out door bar and tables to order food and watch some of the golfers. Also are fire pits with seating around to enjoy and evening drink and relaxation. Live music around outside lounge Tuesday 5-9. Best part, you can walk there from the condo.

Great location but the neighborhood is so big. It take awhile to get in and out of it. Condo was very clean and comfy. Communication was quick with owner and she resolved any issues very quickly. Will recommend this condo to family and friends.

Absolutely fantastic! The condo was perfect! It was clean and very comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely rent again. Relaxing!

My kids and I stayed for a week and would definitely stay again! It was so clean, peaceful and relaxing and had everything we needed. I had one small issue with a tv and Dawn was so responsive arranging for her neighbor to come up almost immediately. He was also amazing...very nice and left contact info in case we needed anything during our stay. The location was perfect. It is so quiet and we felt very safe. One pool is conveniently right outside and the larger pool is a short drive down the road. The beach is one of the best we have gone to....the kids never wanted to leave! Overall, fantastic stay, great location and very nice property. Thank you Dawn!

Know the truth

The location is good and the condo is somewhat nice. But we were on the third floor and the elevator was not working because a part that is needed to repair it cannot be located.. We had a handicapped person and for them this was a challenge! Also the pool in front of the condo had a sign to the effect “Danger. Pool is closed”, which disappointed the little ones. The pool will not be repaired this year because multiple things are wrong with it. The shower head in one bathroom barely dripped and the other bathroom had a clogged up tub so you stood in a couple of inches of water while you showered. Sheets were very thin and cheap.. Two of the bath rags we were provided had clumps of hair on them when we first got them to use. Two big fry pans in kitchen but one was pretty badly burned. Not a lot of tops that matched cookware. However the cosmetics were nice- paint and furniture. The air conditioning was very good. Also one of the hair dryers mounted on bathroom wall was broke. But we had fun anyway and stayed on the beach and went shopping a lot!

I wish I would of gotten a phone call from you about these issues. First time I am hearing about the sheets, pans, etc. I would of had my on site cleaning lady taking care of any of those issues. I have no control of the elevator or the pool. I had left the pool key to the other pools in the development for your use, that was said in the information sheet I emailed you. Thanks for staying, glad you enjoyed the beach and shopping.

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful Villa. Buried deep between 3 championship golf courses. Felt extremely comfortable and extremely safe being so far inside the property. About a mile to the main roads so there's no riff raff around the villa. Just vacationers and golfers. Only 30 to 45 minutes to Myrtle Beach and ALL the attractions. Several awesome restaurants close by. A few Tiki bars and live music within 15 minutes around Calabash, NC and Little River, SC. This may become a regular stop for us. Thanks Dawn!!!

The property is as described. A short 5 min drive to the beach. The beach is also beautiful and so clean. Dawn, the owner, is amazing. We had a few hiccups but she responded and followed through within minutes. We will definitely be coming back and staying at Dawn’s condo again! Family Vacation

This was the most hassle free rental I have experienced. Everything was as advertised. The Villa was exceptionally clean and well equipped for entertaining my family. It was a quick drive to the beach, lots of delicious local seafood options, not to mention some really good ice cream! Thank you Dawn for the quick response to our request to rent! This property was SO clean, kitchen well stocked for meal prep, grounds were well maintained, basically the nicest place we have stayed as a VRBO. Pros: clean, handicap accessible, quiet, room to spread out, great Wi-Fi signal, beds were all comfortable Cons: if you are a pillow person, you might want to bring your own. Not bad, just too soft for my taste. Owner suggested pillows….. Only complaint - the property was in the process of resealing the parking and we weren’t aware of the plans. We were asked to move cars very early in the morning; would have been nice to know this prior to going to bed that night. I believe this was a property problem, not the host. Host was very accommodating and commutation was stellar. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
