New ground level pet-friendly property listing in Royal Poste! This condo is adjacent to The Sea Trail Maples Course and is located ONLY 1.9 miles from Sunset Beach. The condo location is convenient for both golf and beach lovers seeking a vacation in a resort setting. The condo has two bedrooms/two full baths with 1 king bed in the front bedroom and 1 king bed in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has a private adjoining full bath. The king beds in both bedrooms can be split into 2 twins upon request. There are 3 flat panel smart televisions with a large screen in the living room (streaming service only - guests must use own streaming accounts) for entertainment when relaxing inside. The condo has cozy furniture throughout and comfy bedding! Central heat & air offers comfort year-round and there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer. The floor plan is open and spacious with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The main area of the condo has sliding glass doors that open to a screened porch - the perfect place to unwind after a day of golf/beach activity. The kitchen features a raised bar for additional dining space and a dining area with four chairs and a table. The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range. Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service are included. Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee per dog and a 2 dog limit. The community has paths perfect for walking your dog throughout the surrounding residential areas.

New Year beach trip

Perfect location. Very clean place. Easy to get to everything. Comfortable furniture. Bottom floor. Quiet. I’ve stayed at Sea Trail multiple times, and this unit is one of the top picks.

The property location is very convenient to the beach however, we were not told that the clubhouse and pool area were under renovation. This was a big disappointment for us and our two grandchildren that we were visiting.

Finding Our Happy Place

We live staying at Royal Poste. The only downfall with this stay was the pool and restaurant building were closed. We didn’t realize that when booking. If the pool interests you, be sure to read your contract all the way to the end. Otherwise, loved the condo and location.

Overall, it was nice and plenty of room, check in was easy. Kitchen needed bowls, wifi no problems, we did notice the floor was dirty. We needed at least 2 dish towels, just a few small things. We enjoyed our stay, just needed to know what to bring. Normally we stay in our time share. Thanks
