Located on the 4th floor, the apartment offers an exceptional panoramic view of the Morzine valley and can accommodate 9 people (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms).
One of the bedrooms, furnished in the "cabin" style, is ideal for children (up to 5 people). Each of the bedrooms opens onto a terrace and is equipped with a TV.

Its ideal location, close to restaurants, ski schools, shops and covered parking, is one of the assets of this residence, whose departures and arrivals are on skis.

The apartment offers a 1st large south-facing terrace with exceptional panoramic views of the Morzine valley, as well as a 2nd terrace overlooking the village.

Rare private facilities on the Avoriaz resort: Indoor swimming pool, Hammam, jacuzzi.

Beds are made upon arrival, bath linen is provided and final cleaning is included in the price.

Bel appartement, bel immeuble, bon emplacement

Pas grand chose à reprocher à cette location. Propriétaire très réactif. Piscine et jacuzzi propre à l'immeuble (pas grand monde lors de notre séjour ; on en a bien profité). Vu superbe (quand il fait beau). Commerces et activités très proches. Seul petit reproche : ne pas trop compter sur le débit wifi.

Excellent séjour

Très bon séjour, dans un appartement très bien pensé et aménagé avec emplacement idéal. Les enfants ont apprécié l'esprit cabane pour dormir. Je recommande vivement, avec contact très simple avec le propriétaire facilitant grandement le séjour.

Bel appartement, conforme aux photos présentées sur le site. Propriétaire agréable, disponible, honnête. Nous avons passé de belles vacances à la montagne, de magnifiques paysages, de belles balades avec un temps topissime. Avoriaz est très joli. Première fois qu'on louait avec Abritel et le pari est réussi, nous renouvellerons l'expérience. Le site est réglo. Note particulière au logement : ++++ Idéal pour familles nombreuses : 3 chambres spacieuses, la décor est joli, bien équipé. Merci au propriétaire Louis pour avoir accepté de nous louer. Bonne continuation à vous Cordialement.

Great apartment, well kitted out with amazing views

Fantastic apartment perfect for families or groups. Located in a great part of town with a bakery across road and a supermarket 100m away. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and many more within a 10 min walk. As the resort is pedestrianised you can ski in/out of the apartment. On leaving you can ski down an easy blue to meet a chair lift up to the main slopes. Returning is harder as you have to pole you way through a flat section for approx 150m. The apartment itself is great. Well furnished and kitted out. It's well designed and skiers have been well catered for. You first walk into a hall/boot room with heaters to dry your clothes and a washer and drier. The 3 bedrooms are good sizes with plenty of storage. Tip - the beds lift up so you can store your cases under them! We stayed 5 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room and could have easily accommodated another couple. There are two balconies and the one from the lounge offers a spectacular view over the mountains and down to Morzine. We also used the pool most days which was lovely and very quite. The only negative was the Wifi was intermittent at best and the beds were on the hard side. However you don't go to the mountains to use the internet and I'm sure some people would like the hard beds. All in all its a great resort and I suspect one of the biggest/best apartments in town.
