Very nice house (135m2) ideally located 50 meters from Mardi Gras beach accessible by a small sandy path. Facing south, very quiet. Shops (mini-market, newsagent, bar ...) nearby.
The house was built in 2014. Services and materials of very high quality, ultra equipped and very neat decoration. Very bright and functional house. Ideal for family vacations. Large living areas: 2 living rooms, large kitchen with dining area. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pantry, outdoor shower.
The landscaped garden (540m2 plot) and the 2 large equipped terraces allow you to benefit from all the exhibitions.
