Seafront villa "caprice des vents" in Noirmoutier en l' île 8 people

Villa for rent on the island of Noirmoutier (about 1 hour from Nantes) in Vieil, a former fishing village, one of the most picturesque places on the island
The house is located on the seafront (above the beach) between Madeleine beach and Vieil beach and therefore has an exceptional view of the ocean. You can take your meals on the terrace overlooking the sea, where the sun sets and rises. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have sea views. Large living room with fireplace on the seafront. High Speed Internet Access.
The house is rented from SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. Weekly only during school holidays and weekly also in June and September. At high tide, the sea comes to lick the wall of the property, at low tide we clam fishing in front of the house.

You can approach your car about 10 m from the house and after unloading you park in the small parking lot 80 m at the end of the dead end

Wonderful rental house

Great house, fabulous view from the terrace, lovely to go to sleep with the sound of waves and in my view, in the best location in Noirmoutier - quiet yet close to a shop and a couple of bar/restaurants, and the town a short distance away - you can easily cycle to all the different beaches on the north east and west coasts of the north end of the island. The beaches of Petit Vieil, La madeleine and La blanche are all a good mix of sand and rocks with swimming and rockpooling suitable for kids - we had fun shrimping in the rockpools opposite the house and discovering all the creatures there. We loved our stay at the house.

Une vue mer exceptionnelle.

Une vue magnifique qui change toutes les heures au gré de la marée et de la lumière. Une terrasse agréable. Une grande pièce de vie confortable et trois grandes chambres. Au bout d'une impasse sans aucun bruit à part le ressac et les oiseaux marins. Séjour idyllique.

Un petit paradis en bord de mer

Un petit paradis au bord de la mer. Le soleil étant de la partie, nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse avec une vue magnifique d'autant que c'était les grandes marées. La maison est calme, spacieuse et très confortable. Merci à la propriétaire pour le petit cadeau de bienvenue et d'avoir pris de nos nouvelles en cours de séjour. Vue magnifique et dépaysante

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison tout au bout de l ile de Noirmoutier. On y est au calme ... la terrasse et le petit jardin permettant de profiter au maximum d une magnifique vue mer et du coucher de soleil . La maison est soignée et très fonctionnelle. Agréable séjour dans cette maison avec vue imprenable

Séjour familial bien apprécié de tous. Maison agréable au confort simple mais avec tout le nécessaire. Pièce principale (cuisine, salle à manger et salon) spacieuse et bien conçue. Ses ouvertures donnent sur la terrasse et le jardin et permettent une vue océan exceptionnelle. Les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques. Les 2 chambres avec vue océan sont aussi bien agréables, en particulier celle à l'étage, malgré un escalier assez raide. Bien qu'assez sommaire, le barbecue a été souvent utilisé et apprécié. Jardinets peu entretenus mais terrasse impeccable avec mobilier (table, chaises, parasol et chaises longues) en parfait état. Environnement calme permettant d'entendre l'océan et les oiseaux. Ne pas pouvoir approcher en voiture à moins de 10 mètres y participe et n'est pas un handicap. L'accès facile à l'océan est également un point fort de cette maison. Si l'occasion se présente, nous y retournerons certainement.

Beauté du site, spectacle magique à toute heure, grâce à la baie de ce logement front de mer et permettant de s'y sentir à la fois à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un cadre merveilleux. De plus, la météo a été de la partie. Maison fonctionnelle, nous étions 5 personnes. Un bémol, le stationnement qui peut parfois s’avérer difficile et de devoir se parquer loin de la maison. Sinon le lieu est vraiment bien reposant. Je recommande cette location agréable à vivre.
