Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

Beautiful Views

The condo was really nice and bright with lots of windows and an amazing view of the ocean. The balcony was a great spot when not on the beach. The place was well decorated and comfortable with all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay, perfect view (the BEST sunset views from that balcony since it has the westward view) and wonderful amenities. Solid communication with the owners. Happy that we stayed here and love the Adagio!

2023 family vacation

We had an amazing time together at the beach and this condo was perfect. The beds were heavenly & the kitchen was so well stocked! I love to cook and it was nice to have everything I needed. We also appreciate how private the balcony was. We’ve stayed at Adagio before and I’m sure we will stay there again!

Lovely Beach Condo

We enjoyed our recent stay on 30A. Blue Mountain Beach was beautiful. The condo was decorated lovely. The kitchen was fully equipped and in great order. Really enjoyed having an extra ice maker. The beds were a little too firm for our liking. The floors were not clean/mopped. Our little’s constantly had dirty feet. Overall our stay was great and the convenience of the beach at your doorstep was amazing. We will be back! 💕Emerson and Hiller families

Spectacular.

Can't say enough good things about this rental. The unit itself is in great shape and was very clean. Furniture and appliances were in great shape and of high quality, and pretty much everything you could want was in the unit. The patio furniture was excellent (a must with a balcony with that view!) and even a built-in ice machine for drinks. And the view - hard to imagine a better view anywhere in the continental US. The company that manages it does a great job and thought of pretty much everything - can't really come up with anything worth complaining about. Do take advantage of booking chair rentals on the beach in advance if you can - it was really nice to walk down and have your chairs already set up for you every day. Pricey but completely worth it. Would absolutely stay here again - and will - and can't wait to do so.
