Just refurbished 2019 house with new interiors.
Property can be accessed directly from the main road, bus stop just un front of mail gate, neighbours houses to the side, mountain on the back and just the beach in front, a short distance from the town's of Montañita or Olon but in a cozier stretch of beach, housekeeper lives on the property area. Surfing spot at walking distance, easy to access, private parking, with everything you need to have a good relaxed time by the beach, barbecue area, Jacuzzi, beach Palapa, and direct private access to the beach, walking distance to town for groceries or pastries. 24 hours on call taxis. Two internet systems, private high speed WIFI and visitors WIFI.
