Tranquilidad frente al mar

Todo muy bien, tan solo Parking con columnas muy juntas, complicado de aparcar, quizás las toallas necesitarían una renovación, e iría muy bien una cafetera de cartuchos que hoy en día es habitual en muchos apartamentos. ¡Por lo demás todo muy bien y la anfitriona superatenta, gracias por todo, Sylvie.!!

Gracias por apreciar mi disponibilidad y ganas de que mis inquilinos estén super a gusto en mi apartamento!! Procuro alcanzar la casi perfección para mi alquiler y eso requiere un extremo mantenimiento por mi parte. La plaza es bastante grande y no está entre columnas. Hay que maniobrar un poco para bajar del parking pero con tranquilidad y sin prisa se consigue perfectamente!! Las toallas son practicamente nuevas. Quizás los colores verde agua y beige hacen pensar que llevan tiempo... En cuanto a la cafetera de cartuchos, hay tantas marcas que es dificíl acertar con los gustos de cada uno... Se compra una segunda cafetera: hay dos en el apartamento: cafetera italiana para un café más fuerte y cafetera americana para un café más ligero. Se compra también tumbona después de su estancia después de encontrarla rota!

Precioso y muy comodo

Apartamento muy cuidado con una terraza preciosa. Muy cómodo. Desayunar/comer/cenar viendo el mar es una gozada. La única pega es que en el parking hay que andar con cuidado para no rozar con las columnas y nosotros teniendo un coche grande tuvimos algunos problemas para maniobrar, por lo demás todo de 10.

Perfect stay with little childeren

We had a wonderful time at the appartement with our childeren (4 and 6 years old) Just cross the street and you are on the beach. Very clean sand beach. Sufficient bars and restaurants in the surrounding for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The appartement is equipped with all you need. Just don’t forget to bring or buy your own cleaning products cause there are none in the appartement. The contact with the owner was perfect, she answerd all our questions promptly. We will come back to Peñíscola and stay in this appartement again for sure.

Apartamento perfecto playa

Apartamento perfecto en frente de la playa en buena zona, con todo lo necesario, mejoraría la limpieza, los utensilios de menaje y le hace falta una Tv más grande.

Después de hablar contigo, se compran cubiertos más modernos. He puesto una televisión más grande. En cuanto a la limpieza, trabajo con una empresa de limpieza y no he tenido quejas. También os doy la posibilidad de echar un vistazo cuando os entregan las llaves y de reclamar si algo no está a vuestro gusto.

Perfektes Appartment in super Lage

Das Appartment ist prima ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts und es war super sauber. Auch der zum Komplex gehörende Pool ist sehr sauber, das ganze Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Direkte Lage am Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe, Parkplatz ist auch dabei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen Sylvies Appartment 100%

Apartamento muy completo y bien situado

Somos una pareja con dos niños pequeños y el apartamento es perfecto, tiene todo lo necesario: menaje del hogar, mobiliario, cuna, aire acondicionado, piscina, excelentes vistas desde la terraza y situación. Se encuentra a 15 minutos paseando del centro de Peñiscola. La zona de la playa está muy bien porque no hay aglomeraciones y también hay pequeñas tiendas y supermercados cerca. Es el segundo año que venimos a este apartamento. Si volvemos de vacaciones a Peñiscola, repetiremos en este apartamento.

Superbe appartement avec vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos 2 enfants. La plage de sable fin est juste de l’autre côté de la route ! La piscine juste en dessous (très pratique pour surveiller nos enfants). La terrasse est très spacieuse et bien orientée. Il y a toutes les comodités nécessaires juste à côté. Nous conseillons cet appartement !

Perfecto para familia con niños

El año pasado nos gustó tanto que hemos repetido. Vamos con dos niños de 2 y 4 años y no lo pueden haber disfrutado más, ha sido una estancia perfecta. Las colchas de las camas pequeñas eran nuevas este año, aunque las del año pasado estaban bien. Está muy cuidado, y muy bien ubicado. El apartamento no es grande pero la terraza si, y es donde mas tiempo estabamos. El hecho de que se encuentre a pie de playa y las vistas que tiene son lo que nos ha hecho volver este año. Como única sugerencia, estaría bien que ofreciera Wi-Fi.

Vacaciones a pie de playa

Hemos pasado 15 días de vacaciones en este apartamento con nuestra hija de 18 meses. Le encontramos muy limpio. Nos ha resultado acogedor y está muy bien equipado. La cocina dispone de bastante menaje de cocina y de pequeños electrodomésticos . Gran terraza con preciosas vistas. Como único inconveniente, el garaje. Acceso complicado por una estrecha rampa para un coche tipo familiar.

Appartement à améliorer

J'ai séjourné dans cet appartement l'année dernière, je me suis plaint auprès du propriétaire et de l'annonceur car la piscine n'était pas ouverte à la période où nous avons séjourné. Les dessus de lit étaient en très mauvais état etc... Je suis surpris de ne voir aucun commentaires et changements dans cette annonce. Dommage car la région mérite d’être connue.

Monsieur, il est vraiment dommage que mon appartement n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos exigences… Vous trouverez dans les équipements les dates d’ouverture de la piscine commune. Dans le descriptif, j’informe aussi que la piscine est ouverte l’été. La piscine ainsi que la mer font partie du merveilleux paysage depuis l’appartement. Sur votre demande et afin d’améliorer l’appartement, les dessus- de- lit des petits lits seront donc changés car bien qu’achetés dans un beau magasin de décoration, tissés avec du fil « chenille », ils perdaient des « mimis » après le lavage… Merci de rappeler que la région est très jolie et en vaut le détour :)

Appartement très agréable et très bien placée.

Ma femme et mes 2 enfants (16 et 19 ans) avons passé deux très agréables semaines. Cet appartement a de nombreux atouts : propriétaire soucieux de notre bien être, propreté de l'appartement et de l'immeuble, vue sur la mer (vraiment top), proximité d'une très belle plage surveillée et équipée de douches (moins de 50m, en bas de l'immeuble) , un grand balcon sans vis à vis, des meubles sympas et de bonne qualité (chaises, table, canapé, ... que ce soit à l'intérieur ou en terrasse) 2 chambres (idéale pour couple avec 2 enfants), une cuisine bien équipée (vaisselle propre et complète), une piscine petite certes mais suffisante, peu fréquentée et donc calme. La literie reste dans la moyenne mais satisfaisante. Nous avons regretté qu'il n'y ait pas un deuxième jeu de clé (pour nos enfants qui n'ont pas les mêmes horaires que nous les parents). Nous avons également regretté que l'immeuble soit moyennement insonorisé car nous avons eu successivement sur les 2 semaines des voisins bruyants à cause de leurs jeunes enfants, ou plutôt de leur parents plutôt "passifs". C'est le risque des immeubles convoités par les familles avec de jeunes enfants, et il y en a beaucoup à Peniscola. Attention, malgré le prix de la location, l'accueil n'est pas fait par une agence ou une personne présente sur place. C'est la femme de ménage de l'immeuble qu'il faut prévenir impérativement, au moins une heure avant. Sinon, vous risquez d'attendre et si vous avez fait beaucoup de route alors que vous arrivez à l'heure, ca peut surprendre. Quant au propriétaire, il a toujours été réactif et disponible, avec la volonté réelle que le séjour se passe au mieux. Cela a contribué à faire de ce séjour une réussite. C'est d'ailleurs lui qui a fait le médiateur avec la femme de ménage sur place en charge de nous accueillir pour réduire notre attente. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location et ce propriétaire.

Una semana inolvidable

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en este apartamento con unas vistas espectaculares, a un paso literalmente de la playa, ideal para una familia con uno o dos niños pequeños. Tiene una gran terraza en la que comer y cenar, y no le falta detalle en cuanto al menaje y electrodomésticos. El edificio en el paseo marítimo, como a 30 minutos andando del castillo (al paso de una niña de 3 años), y también se puede pasear hacia benicarlo (está justo al lado de cuando comienza el paseo peatonal). A mis peques les encantó la piscina en la que te puedes bañar mientras ves el mar. 100% recomendable!

Traduction pour francophones: Une semaine inoubliable Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cet appartement avec vues spectaculaires, à juste un pas de la plage, idéal pour une famille avec un ou deux jeunes enfants. Il a une terrasse qui permet de déjeûner et dîner et il ne manque rien en ce qui concerne la vaisselle et les appareils ménagers. L'édifice se trouve sur le remblai, à environ 30 minutes de marche du château (au rythme d'une petite fille de 3 ans), et on peut aussi se promener en direction de Bénicarlo (très proche d'où commence la promenade piétonnière). Mes enfants ont adoré la piscine où l'on peut se baigner tout en regardant la mer. 100% recommendable!

Es un apartamento perfecto para ir en pareja o con niños, totalmente equipado y cuidando hasta el ultimo detalle. En primerisima linea de playa , y la zona de servicios muy cerca. Apartamento limpio y cuidado con Electrodomesticos y cubertería en perfecto estado. Propietari@ muy atento y amable. Muy recomendable!! PARA REPETIR !!!!!!!

En première ligne de plage et avec zone commerciale très proche. Appartement propre et soigné avec appareils ménagers et vaisselle en parfait état. Propriétaire attentive et aimable. Très recommendable!! Pour y revenir!!!!!!!
