Classic elegance meets cozy comfort in this newly remodeled one-bedroom condo! Fantastic location in the "Entertainment District" of Scottsdale, with Salt River Fields (home of Spring Training baseball) and the Great Wolf Lodge literally across the street! The world-renowned OdySea Aquarium and Butterfly Wonderland are about a mile and a half away. Medieval Times is about one mile away. Other wonderful features of Scottsdale conveniently located nearby include Old Town Scottsdale, West World (home to Barrett Jackson car auction), the TPC (home to the Waste Management golf tournament), and many golf courses and shopping locations. This clean and comfortable condo offers a private sanctuary close to it all yet quiet and secluded enough for a great night's sleep!

This complex is in a great location - close to freeways so you can get all around the Phoenix area quickly and conveniently. Also, there are so many great amenities nearby! You will love McCormick Ranch and all the restaurants, pretty views, biking trails, lakes, and quality living!
What makes this property unique
This is a one-bedroom condo on the ground floor. It was updated in the end of 2023 so the furniture and fixtures are new and clean. It has a full kitchen, dining area, convertible couch, queen-sized bed, double vanities in the bathroom, and lovely lighting and décor throughout. We will strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
