If the spa is abused or becomes green, murky, slimy during your stay. We charge $150 to drain, clean, and refill the spa due to misuse.

Fabulous property

My family and I stayed here over thanksgiving weekend. The location is close to everything. The backyard is lovely with the pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, grill, and seating areas. Very pleasant and peaceful place to stay.

No issues with house or property. I’m from out of town. Neighborhood is a little sketchy, however we had no problems whatsoever. House was clean, hot tub worked. Irina was a pleasure to deal with.
