There is plenty of space. Kitchen has everything you need. Well stocked with toilet paper and toiletries. Comfy beds with clean and soft linens. Fluffy towels. They even sell firewood on property. Walking distance to 2 lifts. Enjoyed our stay.
We had a fantastic stay in Brian Head and the VRBO was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. We did not spend much time indoors over the weekend that we were there, but having two bathrooms was great after a long day outside. Thank you very much!
We did some serious skiing this week and couldn’t be happier about having this spot right on the hill. Full kitchen kept us fed and festive. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent condo!
Beautiful 2 bedroom, well equipped, cozy and comfortable!
Jeff, the owner was extremely helpful and kind!
Thank you very much!
We come down for the Shakespeare Festival. We love staying in BrianHead because it's quiet and beautiful. It's a bit of a drive after a play in Cedar City--but worth it. This stay was comfortable, easily slept the four of us who ended up going, and was a perfect place to rest our heads. Much better than a hotel.
It comfortably fits three if you don't want to share a bed. There are two larger beds that could sleep two each. There are two bathrooms, which made our stay much easier.
We loved it and would come back.
Went to watch the super bowl and was hoping it would snow while there. No snow, but was able to watch the skiers from the window. Having the big T.V. and fireplace also made it nice for gameday. Very well stocked
We had the best time getting our “altitude adjustment” at Brian Head. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was a great fit for our family of 5. Easy short walk (through the parking garage and ~400 m (maybe less) of parking lot) to the wildflower lift. Looking at the other properties there, I don’t think many are closer!
Thank you to your family!! We want to come back for summer biking and fishing!
This was a a really nice place to stay it was a bit small but very cozy and met our need the 2 bathrooms were a great plus they have bathing supplies to use if you forget to bring our own the kitchen had all ones needs to cook or bake the place was clean and nice the only thing we had a challenge with was that we couldn't drive up the short road to the front door to unload our things by the front door because it had been snowing and our car was not 4 wheel drive and we had no chains but the owner was so helpful to answer our call which was late at night and he told us how to go around another way to get to the perfect enclosed car garage and we just had to take our things up the garage stairs to the unit we shoveled the pathway at the time to make it easier to walk the path that night and it was great to be on the main floor in the morning the sidewalks to the units where professionally cleared but yes if you don't have a snow equipped car to get out the short road during the winter if it has snowed a lot you will probably have to walk a bit more to load & unload but but overall it was a really nice place to stay i loved that it had a big coat rack to hang all our snow jackets & things in the entryway plus get some firewood to make a fire and its a nice extra treat will hope to stay here again sometime
Wow, what a cozy place!!! Even better than the pics! I really loved the week I spent here! Didn't want to leave! 😭 Wonderful communication with owner Jeff before, during and after. Quick to reply to questions, friendly and welcoming! 😁
The couch is just so super comfy that it was tough getting out & about. Love the huge TV, got to catch up on Hulu shows!
Lots of supplies, toiletries, which really came in handy when I ran out of dental floss!! (Didn't want to buy it at expensive BH General Store for just a couple nights.) Tons of toilet paper! Yay! My suggestion, if you can, bring all the food you can, you can always stop at the nice Smith's in Cedar City before you head up the mountain. I came up from Vegas (home) so just brought everything with me, although the Pizza place looked really good and they do sell by slice before 3 pm.
Bed was comfy, towels were big and fluffy, everything super clean! All kinds of fun cooking appliances, although I mostly grilled (I can't where I live so I always try to book somewhere with a grill for my delicious Beyond Sausages!!!) And of all the places I have grilled, this literally was the easiest one to fire up!!! And got hot super quick too! So keep an eye on it!
It's so great to be able to park steps from front door to unload/load! It was nice having the garage too. Just a beautiful area! The view, especially from living room window, was gorgeous! There is a lot of information on things to do in the area there too.
The condo is clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. We loved the extensive cooking equipment in the kitchen and the built in recliner in the living room couch.
Our only suggestions would be to provide directions on how to use the TV and the location of the DVD player. It took about a day and half to learn what streaming services could be used from Jeff and we didn't discover the DVD player until the day we left.
Our family came from across the country to see family and visit the national parks. We needed a comfortable place to stay and found that and more with Jeff and his property. I had a few questions and Jeff was very responsive getting back to me. Would definitely stay there again and I’m sure it is lovely during the winter months.
We loved this property! We were able to go everywhere with no problem! The place itself is super cozy! We stayed with our family of five and it was perfect!
This was perfect for our family of four. It had plenty of space and was super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. My teens loved walking to the lift and the bunk bed. It was also nice to be able to park inside a garage since it snowed all day while we were there.
We had a great experience there. A distance from parks. We weren’t aware that the laundry was in the parking garage and there was a charge for the washer and dryer. Would stay there again
Great place, Jef the owner make us feel like home.
The place is wonderful, very cozy. Location for skiing is very convenient. Jeff made us felt at home, he is very courteous and helpful. Strongly recommend the place.

Why they chose this property
We love the outdoors. The winters are awesome with walking access to 2 lifts. You can rent snowmobiles during the winter and Razors during the summers. You will also see beautiful fall colors when the leaves change. The resort continues to invest in both winter and summer activities. They have mountain biking during the summers. Also many bike races and festivals throughout the summer with live concerts.
What makes this property unique
One of the few properties you can drive up to the front door to load and unload. Super convenient. Underground parking.
