This was a great geound level condo right inside the entrance door. This made it easy to bring all of our gear in each day after snowboarding! This is one of the cleanest properties I have been to in a long time! Thanks for the great stay!
This was a beautiful condo - very clean and well stocked with anything you’d need. My family and I were there during Christmas and the location was perfect. Walking distance to the pond and skiing. The host was also great communicating with me. I really recommend!

This place was just what we needed! Living area/dining table was large enough to accommodate our family if 6, kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, and beds and linens were comfy. We enjoyed the community game room and being in walking distance to everything. It took a minute to figure out the electronic keypad, but the owner responded to a text message right away. We loved it!
We had a great stay at this location! We enjoyed being close to the slopes, the park, and the game room. We loved how the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the property surrounding was fun for the kids to explore! The skiing was great for our family and we enjoyed the games that were in the residence. Looking forward to returning!
My husband and I had such a great time skiing at Brian Head for 3 days! This property was the perfect base camp- close to everything! It was warm and cozy to come back to and the fireplace and hot tub was just the icing on the cake! Would definitely come back!

Comfort and Location
Perfect location in Brian Head. Walk to Giant Steps and near business.
House is cozy and has all you need for relaxing vacation. Parking and first level are great assets on top of everything else. Great for families to reconnect with hot tub and community game room.
The condo was easy to find, clean , was fully stocked with bedding and blankets and towels and very close to the ski resort. The building was quiet with a game room The kitchen was large and was equipped with all the amenities of home. It was a fantastic trip!
Corner, downstairs unit very close to parking was great! Fully stocked kitchen and linen cabinet with all you may need! Easy check in/out. Very responsive manager/owner. Thank you! Will definitely come again!
We had a great stay at this apartment. Very easy to access on bottom floor. Plenty of parking. Don’t need to start any fire in the fireplace (gas fireplace), Great entertainment options (streaming services and board games). Our car had a cargo box on top so we couldn’t stay at places with garage access, so the outdoor parking steps from the front door of this apartment was a great option.
This is the perfect spot for a family of four to enjoy the ski/snowboard ammenities of Brian Head! Great location, walking distance to Giant Steps ski lift. Corner unit, easy access to parking and very comfortable interior to come back and unwind after all day on the slopes. The kitchen is updated and has all the appliances you need to do your own cooking. The kids enjoyed the clubhouse though we didn’t have time to use the hot tub/sauna… next time! We will be back!

Location and view from Condo was great. Walking path around small lake was really nice! Beautiful, scenic place to stay and we had a wonderful time. Just FYI. I was with my father who uses a cane, and this condo was set up for for someone with his needs. Safety in the shower and uneven sidewalks. Mattresses and furniture need to be be replaced and are not comfortable.
We loved our stay here. Easy access right at the end of the building and the cabin is beautifully decorated. Tim was very helpful when I asked for clarification on exactly where the unit was within the building and about using the key pad. The community hot tub actually worked (including the jets)!
Skiing/boarding was awesome and this is actually walkable to the Giant Step Main lodge/ lifts. Highly recommend. The second room bunk beds are best sized for children or smaller women due to the wooden frame.

Very basic and older
Location was great. Short walk to chair. 1st floor is great! Very basic. Hardly any cooking appliances. Just coffee pot, toaster, mixer and small crock pot. Having beach towels for the spa was a plus. Not many outlets you kinda have to search. Beds were awful. My 41 year old back hated the beds. Couch is very old and flat. Needs some updates for sure.

Hi Camie, we're glad to hear that you enjoyed the location of this home. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following:
- The kitchen is well-equipped but we're sorry to hear that there were some items you were missing.
- While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, and many past guests have commented on how comfortable the bed was, we're sorry the mattress and couch didn't meet your preferences.
Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

Like the owner/condo but Evolve/VRBO are scalpers
The truth about how evolve is manipulating listing and effectively scalping listings is too painful for Vrbo to admit and will not approve my review. I don’t have anything good to say about Vrbo or evolve for taking advantage of their owners and their renters. Deal with your dishonest business dealings. I’m sure you will block me even though I was the only one with any form of integrity in this deal. Most people would have left the place in a mess after being ripped off for hundreds. I won’t book with you again.

Hi Daryl, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We're truly sorry to hear that you did not have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide our guests. We pride ourselves on hosting great stays and upholding the highest standards of hospitality. We're happy to hear you were satisfied with the cleanliness, amenities, location, and hospitality the condo was able to provide to you and your family during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and we shared your concerns regarding the extra taxes and fees that are added into every vocational booking. After messaging back and forth with you, we expressed our concerns to Evolve regarding the extra fees VRBO is charging. We do all we can to create the best experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
We love the location , we’re in the center of everything. Highly recommend! Would love to come back next time. The place is cute and most importantly clean. Host Tim was fast to respond on our fireplace problem ,.love the place!
Loved where this condo was, right next to amazing park with fishing/swimming pond, basketball, volleyball, pickleball and tables with BBQ pits. Super close to lifts. We are for sure coming back!
My family really enjoyed this place. There was plenty of space and clean. We were visiting Utah's National Parks and this was a great place to come back to and relax.
