Most perfectly appointed condo I've ever had for a quick beach getaway! We love this location and this unit will definitely go on our "will rent again" list! No details left undone...everything from the beach towels and gear to the departure cleaning covered by the host told us this host truly cares about the guests who stay here. This is the cleanest rental I've ever seen. Everything was perfect!

This was a wonderful spot we love it but I think it was more for couples definitely go out the whole town was nice lots of history and things to do. It was hard to get into some places because of the holiday but if you have time it’s worth the wait for looking at different seafood restaurants and taking pictures

Perfect! Exactly what we expected. There is construction upstairs but, they only worked in the afternoon so it was not bothering us. The view, size and location were perfect for our little family

Overall this was a very good choice. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Beds and furniture were good. Complex was well maintained although one of the pools was closed and apparently had been for an extended time. The only issue we had were the beach chairs. The beach chairs were old and unusable. We were able to use a couple camp chairs and there was one good umbrella. There were 3 beach carts but nothing to cart. Camp chairs just didn’t give us the experience we were looking for, unable to lay back relax and maybe nap on the beach. Maybe beach chairs should either be replaced or not listed as an amenity.

Beach access was very nice. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice, and there were plenty of chairs. The property was very clean. We found it close to grocery stores, and restaurants.

Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent 7 days here and loved it. The views from the balcony were excellent and since it was the last unit on that side of the building, we only had one neighbor. The condo was clean and roomy. Only 2 min to get to the pool and 3 min to be on the beach.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay in St Augustine. The condo and property were very clean and well cared for. It was a quiet, relaxing place to stay. The beach was beautiful. We traveled into the historic town of St Augustine twice during our stay to enjoy restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Can’t wait to get back!

Wo deeful vacation!

The apartment was super clean! The host thought of everything from the usual to board games and beach equipment! It was a quiet building with 2 great pools and easy access by private walkway to the beach. Only 15 min to the historic downtown. We had a great vacation!

We had a great stay. Candy - the property manager was very easy to work with. The location was good, across from the Winn Dixie on A1A. The view was nice every AM. Living room furniture and master bed were good. We also used the sofa bed - which was fine, although we did have an extra pad. Kitchen was fine. Pools and grounds looked good, although they were too cold during our stay (I never saw anyone in them). Beach access was easy. Decor is a little dated. Bathrooms are small with old tile. Kitchen floor had a chip here and there. The beach gear (chairs etc.), glassware and food storage containers need a refresh. The deck furniture as well.
