This top floor unit, which offers a beautiful view of the beach, has recently been refurbished. With all new appliances, freshly installed flooring, pristine granite counter-tops, and custom, hand-crafted furniture, this penthouse condominium offers an unmatched oceanside experience. Conveniently located near an elevator, the condo provides an easy walk to the beach across a privately secured boardwalk. There are two pools on the premises that are open to guests. When not enjoying the sun, you'll be able to relax with three flat screen TVs, premium cable, and high speed internet. Tennis and gym access are available to guests at the nearby Atlantic Beach and Tennis Club, for an additional fee. Book today and enjoy your stay!

The Master Bedroom was designed with comfort in mind. Boasting a king-sized bed with custom made headboard, you'll be able to sleep easy, listening to the waves lap up on the ocean shore. The bedroom comes complete with a 38" flat screen TV, Vizio Soundbar, and premium cable, as well as a private bathroom.

The guest bedroom is perfect for kids and adults alike. The room comes with an innovative bunk bed, featuring an extra long twin bed on top and a queen size futon on the bottom. With the versatility of the futon, you can use it as a couch during the day, and fold it down into a sleeping spot at night. The room has a 28" flat screen TV with premium cable, as well as ample closet space and a dresser.

The living room boasts a 57" flat screen TV, premium cable, and a soundbar. The room also has two brand new couches; an extra long one that's perfect for a midday nap and a love seat that can fold out into a bed, if needed. A backdrop consisting of three giant mirror panels ensures a view of the beach from every angle. Whether you're looking for weather updates or want to listen to music, guests will have access to an Amazon Echo.

The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped. Guests will be able to make anything their hearts desire, enjoying a brand new refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests will also have access to a coffeemaker, toaster oven, and a complete set of pots, pans, and dishware.

Great location st. Augustine beach

This is a nice, quiet property right on the beach and close to everything. Patio furniture wasn’t very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We would stay here again.

It is our 2nd time staying at this fabulous condo! Everything you need…cleanliness, comfort and pool/ocean minutes from the front door. We didn’t have a car this time, and we easily had groceries delivered to condo. There is also an excellent restaurant within walking distance. We will definitely stay again!

Lovely condo with all the needed amenities. Master bedroom bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishes, pots and pans and flatware.
