A Great Riverbend Escape has a nature trail 1/4 mile hike to the river to feel like you are a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This Property is located 3.5 miles from Downtown Franklin and is an official Appalachian Trail-friendly destination. The Franklin area is rich in gems and minerals and is known locally as the "Gem Capital of The World"; gem mine is located 2 miles away. Close to Nantahala Outdoor center for rafting and zip lines. Close to town but feels like you are in the Nantahala National. WE HAVE AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO MONITOR IF MORE THAN 6 GUEST, PETS, OR PARTIES ARE OCCURING. READ HOUSE RULES--GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A CONTRACT AND GIVE PHOTO ID

We loved our stay!!! It was close to Franklin and other places. It was very clean and Cherisse had it well supplied. We loved all the General Stores we visited, especially the Rickman Museum. We especially loved walking to the Mystic River. It was so peaceful there. A great place for our family!!!

Literally can't say enough good things about Cherise! Responsive, warm, welcoming, and very fast communication. Home was exactly what we needed while in town to visit family. Enough space for people to stretch out without getting lost.

Excellent communication with Cherisse. Directions were easy to follow, check in and out went smoothly. The home was clean, comfortable and cozy. I actually slept better on the master bed than I do at home (maybe I need to consider a new bed) LOL. Thanks Cherisse for allowing us to share your rental!

Clean and comfortable.

This property was nice, quiet and clean. It's in a neighborhood but all the neighbors we passed by were friendly and waved in passing. Conveniently close to town but not too close. It was just right for our stay while visiting family. We would stay here again.
