This Unit has breath taking views from the large well equipped balcony and from every room in the Condo!
It is a spacious four bedroom and four & half bath condo with exceptional amenities and is the perfect setting for your next beach vacation. Comfortable places to sit fill the large living area, and you have access to a large flat screen television, DVD player, and a stereo system. The Huge gourmet kitchen and over-sized breakfast bar make for the perfect place for all your family and friends to congregate. The "kitchen is very well equipped" and has a Keurig coffee maker as well as a standard coffee maker.
There is a large formal table that offers plenty of seating for large families. Dining on the tiled balcony, which has a table with six chairs, lets you enjoy meals while watching the action on the beach and the water.
All three bedrooms have flat screen televisions and private bathrooms. Your master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, balcony access, and a luxurious bathroom with an extended vanity counter that has two sinks, a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub, and a large step-in shower with glass panels. The first guest bedroom has a king along with a full size bathroom with a combined tub and shower. The second guest bedroom also has two queen size beds, and a bathroom very similar to the previous one. The fourth bedroom has a single twin and set of bunk beds; a full size on bottom bunk and single on top. It also has a full bathroom.

Important Parking Information: This booking includes the rental of the condominium unit only. Parking is not included with the rental. All parking at the property is owned and managed by the condominium’s HOA, and guests who bring a vehicle must purchase a parking pass directly through them. Parking fees are separate from and not included in the rental price.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. You are allowed three with this property. Passes are around $60 each. Parking is limited. This information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, please check with the building HOA desk to confirm price of parking.
* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.
Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.
