CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.

This property was cmvery spacious with a great view. Our kids and grandkids enjoyed the wonderful beach and pools. The kitchen, however, moght have been the least well-equipped Ive ever stayed in. There were only 5 dinner knives and no teaspoons. Overall, though, a great property.

This condo overlooked the pool and the gulf. The kids really enjoyed the water slide and everyone enjoyed the lazy river and zero entry pool. It was a great place to stay!

This is a beautiful condo! Beautifully decorated and the view is amazing. Very clean, and lots of room in the condo. Small problem with the dishwasher, but that was taken care of promptly by the owner.

Awesome place

Very pleased with our stay the condo was perfect for our whole family plenty of room and the views were incredible. The property is very nice and clean, there were employees constantly picking up trash around the grounds. Very family oriented and take care of their guest. Some reviews about the furniture it was fine I wouldn’t put nice stuff in a condo that people don’t really care about taking of it either. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful vacation place!!

Loved the keyless entry to the condo. The condo was perfect for our family with plenty of room to gather. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were suppled with everything we needed for a great stay. Also great communication with the management!! Responded quickly when we were having trouble with the keypad on our arrival. We’ll definitely return!!

Beautiful and spacious

Loved our summer family vacation in 409!! The rockets on the balcony were just perfect after a Long Beach day. The dual head showers felt wonderful. Only thing we’d change is replacing the pillows in all rooms they are super flat zero head support. That’s all! Bring your pillow and have a wonderful time making memories.

The condo would have been great except the bugs. The flies, stink bugs, gnats and dragon flies were awful. Should have had some fly traps or bug devices to keep insects out or as a deterrent.☹️ One of the ladies almost tripped over trying to fight bugs. They were just awful and made for a less than great experience.

Stayed 3 nights in #409 with grandchildren that had never been to our beaches. They’ve only been to beaches in CA. It was very uncomfortable with AC not working for our entire stay. Alabama Getaway was prompt answering phone but never offered us any type of refund for our discomfort, only had 3 fans delivered to us on the 2nd day. This is the reason for a 1 star review.

Family Affair with 8 adults & 2 infants

Overall, positive experience & very 😃 pleased. With the exception of… Two things though… 1) The additional requirement to pay $165 parking fees beyond all other add on fees and, in general, the add on fees over our many years of renting vacation properties are ever-increasing & inflating the overall cost more & even more each year & will eventually lead us to make different choices for a vacation plans. 2) Also, air condition was struggling at 80 & was not working properly for two days during our stay. Other than that, everything was perfect! My favorite things were the corner view of the beach & the balcony.

The place was just ok, but we've stayed at Turquoise Place. The balcony was nice but description made you think the wrap around was huge, it was not. I'm just not one to complain. We had a very good time, very good time. The slide at the pool was a hit for the grands, and I love the beach..... so there. Would I stay at 409 again? No, not for what we paid. We've stayed in a different condo before and was way better. But...... again, we had a great time.
