At Temecula Hilltop™, Considerable thought and care went into every detail to ensure that this luxe vacation rental is everything we would want when going on vacation. We don't want to stay in someone's residence that they live in most of the time, with half used drinks and condiments left in the fridge and their personal stuff everywhere. We want a meticulously clean and beautiful resort like property with gorgeous decor, high quality mattresses, sheets, towels etc. If that's what you want as well, then this is the rental for you!
You'll be able to tell there is love that has gone into every detail to make your stay special and memorable - and that's what it's all about. Everything in the home is decorated and curated in a gorgeous contemporary style that looks like a model home. Every amenity has been thought of, every detail perfected for a stay that you will never forget.
Situated on a hill that overlooks the Valley, Temecula Hilltop™ will have you in love with its picturesque views. The house sits on 9 acres and also has its own working vineyard. The large fully furnished balcony is an amazing spot to take in the splendor while enjoying a glass of wine with friends and family. The immediate backyard oasis includes: 12 person swim spa, putting green, pickleball court, fire pit, propane bbq and more!
The property is located in the heart of the De Portola wine trail. With several wonderful wineries within a few hundred yards of the house, it's the perfect location.
Temecula Hilltop™ includes a state of the art sound system, artisan eco-friendly toiletries by Beekman 1802™, luxurious buttery soft linens, and more! A pool table, bar, Simple Booth HALO selfie station and authentic arcade machine with Ms. PacMan and dozens of other games will help keep younger guests (and young at heart) entertained.

Erica graduated from high school in the Temecula Valley in the early 2000s and has watched it grow and flourish into a popular destination for visitors over the years. Her family recently purchased this beautiful wine country property because they recognized the opportunity to meet the growing demand for beautiful and unique accommodations in Temecula’s Wine Country.
Why they chose this property
The Annet family purchased this property because of the stunning hilltop views of the Valley and the close proximity to multiple wineries on De Portola Trail, which many say provides a more relaxing and less touristy wine tasting experience than the Rancho California Trail.
