This magnificent 5-bedroom, 5-bath Mediterranean-style home is situated in the Country Club neighborhood along the San Diego coastline, offering the best views of gorgeous ocean sunsets, La Jolla Village, beach, and golf course views. It features secluded terraces and gardens surrounded by palm trees and fountains, as well as back terraces with sweeping views for entertaining with barbecue, pool, spa, and fountains.

Each of the five bedrooms comes with walk-in closets. The master bedroom and baths are spacious, convenient, and is complete with a beautiful view of La Jolla and the coast!  This Spanish Villa is situated on a larger lot, in the La Jolla Country Club neighborhood of San Diego, California. It features classic Spanish Villa appointments such as Saltillo tile flooring, tile roof, elegant wrought iron railings inside and out and beautiful gardens and terraces with palm trees and flowers surrounding the house. This residence is fenced and offers a great deal of privacy for guests. There is a three-car garage and a driveway which fits 3+ additional cars (6 car maximum).

As you enter the property, you are greeted with lush landscaping and a water fountain that leads you to the front door (which has a window that opens to ocean views). The middle floor off the entryway features a beamed living room with magnificent ocean views from a historical window designed by Architect Thomas Shepherd (La Valencia Hotel), with sofa seating and a gas-burning fireplace. The 10-person ocean-view dining room is adjacent to the large gourmet kitchen, with an island and an ocean-view breakfast table. Step outside the dining room & kitchen onto a spacious deck equipped with outdoor teak dining tables, an outdoor gas fireplace and Lynx gas grill. From here, you can see forever with spectacular views of the ocean, coastline, golf course and city lights.

There are 5 full-size bedrooms. The Master Suite is on the main level, and 3 bedrooms are up 7 steps off the kitchen, with a hallway closing door. The 5th bedroom is on the middle level. All bedrooms have hardwood flooring and lots of closet space. The spacious Master Suite features a balcony, a day-bed sofa (sitting room), access to the patio and spa, as well as views from the comfy king-size bed. The Master Bathroom features his and her bathrooms with a tub in hers and walk-in shower in his.

On the bottom level there is an exercise room with a work-out machine, exercise mats, a True stationary bike (sunset & ocean views) and a full bathroom with shower.

Pool & Spa: Spa heat is included in your daily rental rate, but pool heat is additional. Please reach out if you'd like it to be added to your reservation. Lap pool is roughly 5.5 ft deep.
